Would leave 0 stars if I could. The pharmacist there is unprofessional and inconsiderate to what the actual doctors prescribe and will give you a hard time about anything possible. Do not go here and avoid at all costs. Will never return to this Walgreens and the pharmacist should find a new career.

I go there for all my pharmacy needs and Gene has got to be one of the passive aggressive, disrespectful, and unprofessional pharmacist I’ve ever been around. He lacks no empathy and just very robotic. He’s been in management for roughly 30 years but it’s no excuse for the dismissive attitude. Month after month I go there for my maintenance medication for my mental health and chronic pain. If there’s a conflict he does not go beyond that window to help and it’s a shame because he is a role model for the others studying to be a pharmacist. Perhaps he needs to retire or do something else for a living, but your friendly neighborhood family pharmacist he is far from.

It would help to ad pick up dates with posted prescriptions, instead of having to call and wait in line on the phone sometimes for 5 or more minutes.

I don't usually like leaving negative reviews, BUT the pharmacy is HORRIBLE. One time I waited on the phone for 25 minutes. During the whole time on hold someone would pick up and put you back on hold. That is so unprofessional. Another time I was standing on line. There was about four people behind the counter. I decided to call while I was standing online just to see if anyone would answer the call. They sure did but put the person back on hold. I decided to transfer my seizure medication else where!!

By far the WORST pharmacy ever. Do not depend on them to get your prescriptions (especially rescue/lifesaving Rx).

This cashier was telling me you don't have money in my card when I was paying something for my goodies and he was telling me that the card is declined. Which was not true. He tried to send me to ATM and I said no. I had to tell the manager about this incident and he ended defending him because he didn't back me up and I finally paid and they messed up big time.

Taking a few minutes out of my day to acknowledge excellent customer service received this afternoon from Walgreens Photo department. I called to discuss some difficulty with the photo prints I purchased, as they were not fitting into the frame I had bought despite them being 11x14. Brett called me in and asked I bring in the frame and he worked to make the prints fit the frames perfectly. We always hear about poor customer service and seldom get the chance to appreciate an employee who has gone above and beyond to help a customer, and that’s exactly what Brett did (hope I’m getting your name right from the voicemail). It makes all the difference on the customers end because now I’ll never go anywhere else for my printing needs. Huge Thank you to him and to the female team member from the photo department who initially took my call, my experience was seamless and I appreciate your help! We love our pictures for our coffee bar area!

And so every time you come to hand over the bottles, the vendors run in different directions, they don't want to accept them. Dear manager, you either remove this service, or give a head to your all sellers, without exception, what it is, then they do the have packages that they are supposedly busy. That is, people collect their bottles from several days, and go back in home again with bottles.Wtf.
