With stores like this one, it’s no wonder Walgreens is going bankrupt. Service is almost non-existent. It’s a 20-30 minute wait time standing on line just to get to the counter even when your meds are ready in the waiting bin. Walgreens needs to learn how to invest into their employees and earn back customers satisfaction instead of constant clamping down on pharmacy technician hours.

Giving it two stars I usually always come here never have a problem, I bought a pregnancy test and the kid in the fro with acne , turned red and started laughing when I asked him if he had a garbage can near him to throw away the box I didn’t need the smirk on his face or for him to make me feel awkward in front of those that were there as well . The kid you guys hired need to grow th up .

Looks like Walgreens is going out of business. They've cut their number of stores by one-third and had 4 different CEOs as of recent. You'd think they'd try harder to recover and then maintain what they've got—but they are not. The website asks me to call the pharmacy instead of making it easy, they answer, then put me on hold and then hang up on me after I wait. I have had so much runaround over the past couple of years with this store. When I see the news about them, I'm not surprised. I wish we'd get a Walmart in Staten Island because I now they try harder. They still have a thriving business.

It’s ok, at times the line are long and don’t open up on time. So I stop coming to Walgreens. I come to use their ATM, or for emergency items. Hop things get better, and you need to find an employee to get certain items because their locked up behind plastic shelves.

I will never get my prescriptions here again! I called several hours before I went to the store and was told my prescription would be ready before 1:30. This was after my doctor had to fax the prescription two times. Apparently, they don't bother to check faxes from doctors. The attitude of the pharmacy personnel is very dismissive. Customers' time is not respected. I watched the pharmacy tech slow-walk another woman's prescriptions. They are arrogant and entitled. I am glad I have other choices about where to get my prescriptions filled.

I transfered my scripts to walgreens, big mistake. The people walk around like zombies. Slow and aimlessly I will be switching my scripts to another pharmacy. The line is long 1 person at checkout.

WELL IT WAS A NICE PLACE AND THEN THEY CHANGED THE STAFF AND YOU ARE TREATED LIKE YOU ARE A PROBLEM AT THE PHARMACY AND THEN THE FRONT COUNTER THEY ARE PRETTY GOOD TO THE CUSTOMER!!! BUT I AM GOING TO CHANGE TO A DIFFERENT PLACE....??????????????
