Large clean orderly and well stocked. Pharmacy department well staffed. Usually a short wait for checkout. Apple Pay and digital rewards card make it a pleasant experience

If you enjoy waiting for called in prescriptions this is your place. Pharmacy service was lousy back when it was a small storefront and the consistent slow and lousy service remains.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Stay away!!! Poorly run, lazy, no one knows what they're doing and they are all extremely rude and nasty. I put in numerous complaints with their corporate office but things just keep getting worse. My doctor sends prescriptions and they screw them up and turn around and blame the doctor. This happens constantly. I am a diabetic without my test strips for close to 2 weeks! First they contact me and tell me my insurance doesn't cover which they do. Then the next BS story is my doctor sent over a script for the wrong ones which he did not they tried to fill the wrong ones. The final BS story was that my doctor has to fill the annual Medicare form which they claim to have sent over and they did not. Everyone I dealt with was nasty and wouldn't let me talk. I went to the drive up and the little nasty twit there had the audacity to smirk and laugh. I called corporate again, put a complaint again and then had everything switched over to CVS. I am done with Walgreens. I won't even walk into that store for a chocolate bar!!!! Absolutely horrible!!!

If I could put a 10/10 I would best customer service team very hardworking. I went in to buy some stuff sadly some of the items I was looking for were not on the self so this nice person named Stephanie went into the back and found the item I was looking for how kind. I will 100 percent come back.

Gabriella is such a kind, helpful, and knowledgeable cashier at this store. She always helps out my elderly mother and even Will carry heavy things for her that she can't lift. I sincerely appreciate the dedication and kindness of this associate. She's a great asset to this store

Poorly run pharmacy. Management need to train them time management and organization. Doctor sent prescriptions and I waited 3 hours before head there. When I was there they told me it will be another 1 hour. I was nice enough to go back when they ask to go back in 1 hour, and I went back only to find out they only fill 1 prescription instead of 3. Then they ask me to wait for another 30 mins. Very frustrated at that point And said no. I said Please tell the pharmacist I already let them took the time. It's their mistake they didn't fill the other 2. They need to move up the priority and finish my prescriptions. Ridiculous.

Taylor was so helpful today, and my wife Mona and I wanted to acknowledge that publicly. Our experience with the Walgreens Rossville pharmacy has always been good. Taylor was very pleasant, knowledgeable and super considerate. We also took our second Covid boosters today, and the process was seamless.

Pharmacy was not able to fill a prescription and refused to call the receiving pharmacy to transfer the meds after they messed up the first transfer attempt. Forcing me to be without meds. Worth it to travel a little further to a better pharmacy. Not worth the headache.

This is one of the poorest run pharmacy's I have ever known Service -poor Wait -poor Personnel- not at all friendly , Not helpful , Disorganized . I can't believe the level of service can be below poor They need a good pharmacist. Better staff Better manager Products are never refilled on the shelves 10. People behind the counter Yet no one does anything to help you .

I like what I see so far. The pharmacists are great and I just came to the realization that because of Covid they've been on edge because it's stressful. People calling and asking miscellaneous questions, but what I've noticed is that despite all of that stress they're working above and beyond the call of duty. From administering vaccinations, to the handling of customers and their overall positive attitude. That's why I'm glad we shop at Walgreens Pharmacy. A pharmacy second to none. And I'd like to say "Thank you for your service!"

Very slow. My wife had a surgery and I needed pain medication. Took them hours to fill out the prescription. I had to return three times. Hopefully, Amazon shows up and takes out all these outdated and disorganized facilities with slow people in them.

Drastic change with new staff hired. The worst of the worst. New staff is rude....wait time for medication is 4hrs minimum. Customer is last...do not use this location to fill medication.
