Half an hour on the telephone recording service says , that there is, 1 call before you, but they never answer, it's always the same, no matter when you call, it's always the same not professional at all, the corporate should do something

Was just on the drive thru line… if 2 ladies are on registers … one should take over the drive thru . Instead I rang the bell twice and watched her take 3 people before assisting me!

Im not the one to write reviews but these are the most disrespectful / unprofessional workers i have ever witnessed I was told to return my FEDEX return here with a label i had PRINTED I kindly asked if they can provide a shipping box OR if not id like to PURCHASE one The girl rudely told me no we don't offer that if you don't have a box we cant help you I went to the next nearest Walgreens and they gave me absolutely no issues at all and provided a box kindly Who ever manages this Rossville walgreens REALLY needs to teach the staff how to treat / provide COURTEOUS instructions

I came here 6 months ago for a passport photo, and they told me their camera wasn't working. I came back today and they told me the same thing again.

This store has horrible inventory. The shelves are always quite bare and most (not all) of the staff is either indifferent or just rude. The pharmacy is quite busy understandably however only one or two attendants behind the counter know what they are doing. The pharmacists (at least each time I've gone there) cannot be bothered assisting the customers with questions or concerns. I had hopes for when this placed opened but 7 yrs later and it's declined in what it can provide the community and many customers have other local options and choose them.

The worst experience with pharmacy. they made me wait for almost an hour for a prescription that then they said they don’t even have in stock. While waiting, If I won’t come up to them and ask I would probably wait even longer. The other day I had one ointment to fill, nothing complicated, I was calling from morning to see it’s ready, through automated system it says they are working on it. closer to 6 pm spoke with someone they said they do have it in stock but still working on it and it’ll be ready shortly. At around 8 pm I called to a different store and asked them to transfer my prescription and fill it. it was done in less then 30 min in a different store. Not coming back to Walgreens on Rossville store very unprofessional

Spent $80 shopping. Get to counter and no bags and can’t take wagon out of store to bring purchased items out of the store. Not even bags to purchase!! INSANE!!

I recently moved in this area, having to change from CVS to Walgreens. My experience with CVS, for meds, was so much faster than Walgreens. My meds can say they’re in progress for over a week, when CVS just filled them as soon as they were due. Not a good working pharmacy

The level of incompetence was nuts. First The woman who I had the unfortunate circumstance of having to interact with was being SO LOUD that from 3 people behind other customers on the line, I was able to hear that he was purchasing narcan which lets everyone know his son uses heroin. Something he might want to keep to himself, don't you think? Furthermore, I was also buying some sensitive items from the pharmacy that I REALLY would have liked all the other customers on line behind me wouldn't have seen, and she just sprawled them all out on the counter for everyone to see. Then, when I get home, I notice she sold me the complete wrong thing. It wasn't something you want to check in public for everyone to see, and It's not MY JOB to take care of the customer. I'm pretty pissed off right now, and They REFUSE to answer the phone, even though they weren't doing much. I was just there, so I know.

I received an email that my presecription was "delayed" because of insurance purposes. Then I received 3 more subsequent emails on different days saying prescription was ready for pick up. It had a small co pay which meant the insurance went thru. I call up to confirm before going( thank goodness) and the girl tells me insurance didn't go thru and she will reprocess. What?? I asked her to double check because why would I get, not 1, but 3 more emails saying it was ready? I then sign on to the store website and it says the prescription was cancelled on the day they received it. Either that prescription was sitting in the bin(she didn't check) or their computers sending emails are screwy! Either way, get your act together Walgreens! This has happened once before which is the reason for my review.
