Bobby and Frank are the best, they always go above and beyond to get their clients back on the road fast.If it's either inspection, oil change, tire service whatever it maybe to get service done quickly and efficiently they know best how to. I've been to a few other places, and hands down they Tire Empire and NRS are by far the best. Between quality and loyalty the true team in the industry. No haggle no hassle at all. Very friendly and courteous staff. I was in need of a set of 4 new tires for my 2017 Ford Edge. They went over different brands and helped me choose based on my type of driving and budget the best one's for me. I also thought I might need new brake pads, but after inspection was told they were good. They could very well have said otherwise. I appreciate the honesty! Based on my positive experience, I would highly recommend Wil John's.

As usual, the front end office staff consisting of Tony, Vinny and Frank provides a realistic timeframe for completing the needed service at a fair price. All work is professionally completed. I will continue to use Tire Empire for all my auto repair needs as I have done for the last 25 years.

Although this visit was for required inspection & oil change I was treated with courtesy. I chose to wait for my car and found the waiting area clean & pleasant. As various customers came in they were given immediate attention & waiting customers were kept informed of progress. I would highly recommend this service station .

What a great experience. Had questions about lifting my SUV and getting bigger tires..Vinny showed me my options and recommended lift and tires. I was very confident in the recommendations made an appointment. Had the work done when promised and very happy! Thanks Vinny and Eddie..As a woman lots of places treat you a bit different These guys talked TO me which was very appreciated. Definitely would recommend and will be back for sure!. Thanks Wil-Johns

This shop is amazing!I ran over something on the Si expressway while heading to a hockey tournament in PA. With nerves already heightened due to the progression of the weekend, I rolled into the shop and was helped immediately. A loaner was put on and a new tire was ordered and I was on my way. I received a call the next day that my tire was in !and a day later I was back and the new tire was put on.They even filled my washer fluid and adjusted my bumper which popped out a bit from the incident.Being a single mom isn’t easy and for once I felt like I was been taken care of without worry. I’m truly grateful ❤️Thank you again guys!

I never write reviews but this place deserves one from me!I had just left my house. Car packed for a a family trip with my 3 children when I hear something dragging as I’m driving. I pull over and turns out I somehow ripped my under carriage when I pulled into my steep drive way. I’m trying not to freak out bc I’m starting to spiral that I’m not making this trip. I decided to go to tire empire since I remember getting my inspection there recently and the service was great. Well they did not fail. Not only did they take care of the problem for me in 15min but I was not charged. Just a smile and have a good trip??. These guys are kind, honest and fair. I will never go anywhere else for service. Thank you guys you saved our day and our family trip!❤️

Tony the manager is a fare and extremely knowledgeable very easy to deal with. Always greets you with a smile and an understanding of what your situation is. Vinnie works alongside Tony.. when you first come in he is all that you would expect from a professional and knowledgeable service experts.Will Johns Tire Empire is the only company I would have work on, repair and perform service check-ups on all our vehicles at home. We only come here for an occasional Nail in our tire. They do patch work from the inside of the tire which is what we love. So there is no plugs Friendly staff ..we were originally recommended to this place by another company which is also good. Depending on how crowded the waiting area gets you may have to wait a little while and that's part of life so keep calm. but they do good work for what we get done here.

Came for an inspection and oil change on my 2021 ProMaster, completed in only 2 hours. I got the sense that this place values your time by taking the time to schedule the easy work first, more involved stuff after. ??
