I’m a 53 yrs old with three kids and was treated like a criminal .I tried to return a dress that I wore once that the zipper broke. The manager Xi Yang (551492) said he wouldn’t return it because I took off the tags at the ankle, which I only did this because it was going to ruin my hose.I had no intention of returning it however the zipper broke the first evening I wore it. Instead of a refund, replacement or credit he made me feel like I did something wrong when in fact the dress was defective. He was unkind rude and made me feel guilty.He also re-zipped it and said it was fixed. Of course, when you put it on it pops open again, I tried this that evening.I call customer service and they said only the manager could make the decision since I purchased it in store and not online.He acted like I was a crook for buying it in the city and returning it to Staten Island.I don’t ever want to shop at any Zara now that I’ve had such a horrible experience.Not once did anyone apologize for the embarrassment I went through that evening.The customer service person said the only think I could do was a chargeback.Don’t shop here and beware of this company.The return policy is set up for dishonest people not those of us trying to do the right thing.

Nice fashion clothing. It's hard to find extra large items. I found a green jacket that was large, and it kinda fits, so I bought it. Will have a goal to lose weight and fit it better.

I love Zara! Each time I’ve visited the store, I’ve had a great experiencing. Everyone is welcoming and Sulia is the sweetest!!! So helpful and kind.

Working here is so dystopian. Everyone has to wear a nurses uniform, bosses scrutinizing you, lying, and threatening to fire you. You have to make sure your section is perfectly clean and folded even as customers are coming in, messing up items. Not allowed to use the bathroom or drink water AT ALL during shift. Only applicable to the women's dept because women are catty and mean.

Imagine loving the last jacket available in store no longer available online and the staff refusing to discount the item when it is DAMAGED. Why should I pay the price that was meant for a new item? No one would direct me to the manager. It’s not that complicated. I said I would buy it but that price was no longer fair!“We don’t discount damaged items” should be an illegal response.

ZARA is one of the stores that I come inside and never know how I will leave. Sometimes 4 items, sometimes 10, sometimes none. But when it is good, it is amazing.

Always beautiful clothes at Zara .United States prices are way more expensive than the European prices even allowing for exchange rates. Bought nothing here as cheaper at home but stunning store,well stocked and spotlessly clean .

Really bad quality. I bought a carset and shoes. I was happy with my purchase. I believed that will wear it for a long time. But stones from shoes fell. Carset almost damaged my skin on the back. It was terrible. When I returned to the store, stuff rejected return on my carset because I cut a label. So check the quality before buying. I threw away about $43.00.

Horrible manager horrible employees stop with the snarky attitude it won't kill you to be nice to customers especially if they're communicating with you that your snarky attitude is making them uncomfortable

The cashiers are always very slow and always chatty with each others while there are a long line of customers. I’ve been here 3 times and always have to wait for a long time to purchase!!!
