Also five stars for the wonderful team of people here. Nothing but friendly smiles and a very professional staff.We were able to walk here from our hotel which did not surprise me. I also love not having to worry about parking, which they did not seem to have a lot of. Saratoga Springs is very easy to navigate and get from one spot to another. It nice to read the other reviews and see that most people also commented about the team here. “I went here with an emergency order that another vendor had screwed up for days. The 2 service people at this FedEx location completed the order in less than 10 minutes. It was correct, the staff was super pleasant and helpful and the cost was very reasonable. The store is bright and clean. All in all, a successful and pleasant experience. I highly recommend this FedEx location.”
“Usually excellent Service, helpful staff. No problem. One time, I waited in line I thought was customer service. Told me it was only Amazon. He did apologize. I think he should've taken me especially since I was just recycling. Then, had to wait in line. Got a coupon but couldn't use it. Then, same guy waited on me. Not always consistent but still love coming here.”

“Every time I use the post office on Washington Ave, the staff are always very pleasant and honest with what additional services I should purchase (ex: insurance with tracking, expedite passport info, etc) when shipping a package or applying for a passport. And If there is a long line, it seems to move pretty smoothly. This is the only location I l prefer doing business with.”
“Have been very happy coming here for years. If you saw the situations people threw at the folks who work here you would go ?♂️, my meaning is some folks are unreasonable. One very important thing to always keep in mind, the UPS Store is a franchise NOT UPS, not a problem for me but be aware. If you have a problem they can’t help you at the store, you get to call the automated system when you call UPS (the actual company) with any issues & that’s how I had to file an insurance claim once outta the hundreds of times I have shipped. The store can’t help you with claims, ever, it is a franchise.”
“Love the service at this post office but my packages get stolen a lot. I would appreciate them being held if they don’t fit in our mailboxes. I will be calling them tomorrow to ask them to hold a package. Let’s see how this goes. July 6,2023”

“For a long time our whole area had a lot of trouble with our mail delivery, but I'm so happy to say that seems to be a thing of the past. For the past few months we've had a mail carrier that is the absolute best! She is friendly, kind to our 2 barking dogs, and can always be counted on to deliver our mail. Today she drove the length of our mostly plowed, but still snowy driveway during a horrible snowstorm to deliver a package to me. Still had a smile on her face and her usual upbeat attitude. This woman is amazing. Please, please , Stillwater Post Office... this woman deserves a raise. We need to keep her around.”
