Breakfast was absolutely delicious!! Very reasonably priced and food was made very quickly. Customer service was excellent. My boyfriend and I drove up from CT for our anniversary and we tried this place and were not disappointed. We will definitely be coming back to visit. We came on Sunday morning and didn’t realize they didn’t do breakfast, only pastries. We bought pastries to go for the ride home. We will definitely be returning!! Highly recommend

Came here with a friend for the first time last weekend, the breakfast wrap was delicious, high praise for the hot chocolate and lattes, and the vibe of the space was cozy and clean. Would definitely come here again.

Hash is my favorite place to go for breakfast & lunch in the entire Hudson Valley! The menu is interesting, the food is made with good quality ingredients that is consistently delicious, great coffee, homemade soda and fresh juices. The chef owner Page's focus is to put out a perfect plate for every guest, which he does, his amazing coworker Hugo does the baking (best blueberry muffins) and Miles who runs the front never misses a beat.My favorite, among many, is the Italian breakfast see photo. You may notice that I bring my own plate & cutlery. I am very sensitive to our environmental issues but at the same time I respect local business owners to make choices that work for them and we do have options. If NYC reviewer from a month ago Graham Hawthorne thinks a diner is better and cheaper, I'd say best to skip your offering of potentially giving this place one more chance as you don't deserve the love they put out.

This was recommended by airbnb host as one of best spots in the area for breakfast. I am disappointed. Coffee was alright, croissants old almost rock hard, toast and sandwich burnt to charcoal.Well, staff was nice and friendly, so that gets a star

Great local place for breakfast. The staff is extremely outgoing and friendly. You can tell they take great pride in their work and it shows! The cold brew coffee was fantastic. The made-on premises baked goods looked great. We went for the breakfast sandwich and the hash (not really hash) both came with the homemade sausage. Really delicious. If we lived nearby this would be a go-to breakfast joint for us.

Paige is the best chef around. I cannot stop eating at Hash. His food is local, fresh, hot, affordable, and absolutely delicious. My wife and I eat the Red Quinoa salad with chicken 3x per week. Other favorites are: The Murray’s chicken sandwich and the brisket sandwich. This isn’t some greasy spoon. This is high-quality, extremely well made food. Highly, highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my food here, and it's clear that a lot of love goes into the preparation. The one thing I found odd, was the full on usage of single use plates/utensils. I imagine that dishwashing is a heavy lift... but it would complete the experience.

This place used to be great - had great servers, food, and vibe, and decent coffee for the U.S. Now the service is just ok (no table service when I was there last week). The food seems to be not as good, although it could simply be what I ordered - Turkey chili, which was completely wrong. It didn't taste anything like chili. It tasted like tomato sauce. My dining partner had an egg dish which he didn't say anything about. Both dishes, and most of the food I witnessed coming out, were wrapped in tin foil, which is unappealing and kind of low-class diner-like. A stark contrast to the great service and presentation they used to have. They also don't have any proper cups for the coffee - everything is in disposable cups, which I hate when having a good espresso drink.I don't know the reason for such a drop in quality - maybe pandemic related or change of ownership or both, but I'm going to give them one more chance and order one of the things I've had before that was great lamb burger, chicken sandwich or tacos. If it comes in foil or is anything but great, I won't be back. A diner is better, and cheaper.
