The website & app say they accept almost any insurance for flu shots and Covid boosters. And they have all my info on record so they know what insurance I have. Nevertheless, I scheduled my vaccines successfully and did not find out until I got to the store that they don’t take my insurance. No vaccines for me. The people at this location are nice but this company is terrible. Waste of time.

This pharmacy and staff working is worth 0 stars. I spent two days getting two prescription filled. Not hard prescriptions to fill the staff there is so incompetent that they don’t understand what insurance information to put into the system even if you provide the actual insurance card. This ridiculous, there is no urgency, no concern for the customer and no care in the world even it took them two days to fill two prescriptions. The staff should be let go because they are completely worthless and the pharmacy should be closed.

I find it absolutely ridiculous that as soon as you walk into the store, you have a complete inability to call or text anyone. There are often pharmaceutical questions that need to be answered, but cannot be due to the lack of service. I don’t think it would be that much to ask to have public Wi-Fi.

This pharmacy is the best. Lovely helpful people who recognize me by name when I come in.

Not as reliable as it once was for finding after holiday clearance values. The store is kept clean and tidy, but is in need of a complete overhaul. The drive-through pharmacy is extremely convenient, but they must update the alert system to cut down on weight time. and they absolutely need to resurface the turnaround because after you have picked up your items from the drive-through pharmacy, you'll need a tank to navigate around the potholes. We use this pharmacy because it's very close by to my home. If Walgreens or CVS were closer, I'd probably switch.

You now have to wait in line sometimes up to a half hour. You get calls sayings prescription is ready you, wait in line only to find out it's not ready. They always have some kind of a problem with the computer system (new registers). Hope it gets better, or I'll be looking for a new pharmacy. I would not recommend them, but I have no option but to use them. Update 12/20/2022. Well things have improved somewhat. They still are under staffed, so waiting can be an issue. For some reason we get calls saying prescriptions are ready and there not, or they short fill your prescriptions. So I’m giving them 3 stars now instead of the 1 star. Let’s hope they continue to improve.

I couldn't be happier. I too am old with a rats nest of medications. Every employee in the pharmacy is always helpful and very much has my interests at heart. And I very much rely upon them for their knowledgeable advice as to OTC remedies

A 1 star is generous for this place. I see the pharmacist is mentioned a few times. Couldn't agree more... She (assuming) is always having a bad day and rude to customers. Instead of helping with a random situation she creates and festers the problem more. They really need to remember that the people that are in line need medicine not discipline.

I purchased several cards and wrapping paper today and was checked out by Jamie. She voided my initial transaction after ringing it by mistake and in the process erased my Walgreens number and I was charged without receiving the points. I asked to receive my points after noticing the error and she became extremely irate and rude and refused to credit me the points until the manager showed up. She has to remember who the customer is and who made the mistake and she was refusing ti remedy a simple situation.

I am one of the geriatric customers and because of previous life lived MANY places. I have been here almost 5 years and this is by FAR the BEST pharmacy drug store I have EVER used. Yes I noticed a few probs recently but I also noticed that someone fairly high up HAD NOT given them adequate staffing. HOWEVER I WAS GREETED WITH A SMILE AND THE SERVICE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND GREAT. Many places are experiencing difficulty hiring new people! Throughout the entire pandemic this Stone Ridge Walgreen maintained outstanding service. A previous review complained about closing for lunch. Would he/she rather they eat as they work or starve?? THINK it takes all of them to safely and efficiently get our prescriptions ready! THEY deserve lunch and only take 30 minutes. They should get an hour!Anyway the STONE RIDGE Pharmacy should receive awards. NOT complaints! BTW. I no longer live in Stone Ridge but moved to Kingston. However I continue with this pharmacy because I trust the staff and every trip leaves me smiling as I finish my business and go to my car!

This is not about the store, only about the pharmacy!!The pharmacist is rude, smacking the counter while she was talking to a costumer on the phone and then said some comments after she got off the phone. Then they don’t have medicine sometimes so u have to travel to find other Walgreens that do, messed up when they know their costumers get same meds month after month. Waisted gas!!!also on my friends (elderly)meds they close for lunch and now close at 6? Come on!!! Where is the robo call to let us know the new hours? So closed for lunch and open for 4 more hours. Ridiculous!! Go somewhere else for your scripts, always issues! Why isn’t corporate reading these reviews and doing something about the pharmacy??The store itself, the employees are great!!

The negative reviews are so surprising to me! I've lived here for over 35 years, and seen our local pharmacy charge from a DD's to Fay's to Eckard to Rite Aid to Walgreens. Each time there's naturally a period of transition. I think every staff member has always been helpful and pleasant to deal with. I have talked with other stores that are still called Rite Aid and their personnel have said they're not looking forward to eventually changing to being called Walgreens, because they say it's a difficult procedure to go through; but eventually they know they'll get through it. People just need to be patient. I look forward to going there weekly because I'm treated very well by EVERY employee!!

This Rite Aid is now a Walgreens. Despite the terrible reviews, I found the pharmacy to be fully staffed with polite employees. There were 4 people on line in front of me and I was done in less than 10 minutes even being a new customer with new insurance. Personal care items and snacks seemed appropriately priced for a pharmacy. If you want your Haagen Dazs to be cheap, get it at a supermarket.

The worst pharmacy in the I have ever used. Every time I have gone in it has been a negative experience. The pharmacy staff seems to be inconvenienced by having to talk to any one or provide any help to customers. It is also nearly impossible to get through to the pharmacy by phone. I would recommend going to a pharmacy in Kingston or New Paltz. This place will leave you frustrated and out of the loop if their is the slightest hiccup with insurance or script. I now drive 10-15 minutes further to avoid using this pharmacy.
