Reginald was his name, I hope I'm not mistaken when I remember. The tall young man with a dark complexion is the best security of all the Burlinton stores I have visited. I frequent this store a lot and he is very friendly and helpful, always showing a smile and a warm welcome when you enter the store, he also does it when saying goodbye every time I go. When he is not there there is another unfriendly security with a bad appearance that when you talk to him he does not answer you or he does so reluctantly when you need to tell him that you want to use the bathroom so that he can help you enter the code to open it. Without a doubt, Reginald does his job very well. He helped me carry my purchases to my car while I carried my baby. We all like to be treated well and he does it with his good attitude. They should hire more people like him! .

I’m a loyal customer and member of this store . Store closes at 11:30 pm . I was there in the counter 11:26 pm .before that time I was waiting and the girl didn’t pay attention that customer is waiting . Door man called her that I’m waiting. And the girl with black hair ( name - jailene) so rude that she started throwing my license and everything in front of me . No more shopping from them ! Only for that rude girl . Please choose cashier who has good behavior, . I asked her what’s the time and that time was 11:31 pm . It was her fault she took time to pay attention not the customers. Coz I reached the counter before store closing time . Then I asked her are you angry somehow. She told me I just wanna go home . What’s a professionalism lol ? . That’s really funny .Ms. Jailene please 1st learn customer service behavior politely. Thank you . I hope you got a lesson now .

I had a phone interview 2 days ago that I had scheduled for a seasonal position. No one ever called me so I called the next day(yesterday) and spoke to Brittany who told me the manager Patrick was on lunch and asked that I call back. I unfortunately didn't have time to call back so I called again today to follow up. I spoke to Brittany again who stated all the managers were on lunch break so I gave her my name & number for a manager to call me back she said in about an hour. Still no call back. I waited 2 hours and decided to call again only to speak to someone who told me that all the positions were already filled. Absolutely horrible, now I understand the reviews of how the employees are treated there. Guess I dodged a bullet.
