If you know how to look up information online, then don’t waste your time chatting with them. It’s very expensive and boring. It’s not even as good as Chat GPT.

Please be careful when using their company's consultation. The fees are very expensive and unreasonable, especially if you need translation. They will not remind you that translation is an additional fee, and then in only half an hour of consultation, the translation fee alone will be required. $200. Mandatory charges also don't give you any useful information. It’s not even as complete as the information you can find on your own online. Bad review!

My mom and sister had genetic testing done with Dr.Dunn. My mothers neurologist Dr. Shurtz from Stonybrook said Dr. Dunn wanted my mom to get her bloodwork sequenced to be able to give her a diagnosis but we didnt know that because she never told us.I left several messages at this office because she never contacted us but my calls were never returned. Everytime my mom saw her neurologist he said how he tried to get in touch with her also so it wasn't till my mom passed away that she left me a message.It took her 2 years to respond.
