Gave that rating because it states online it's open at 7am but I arrive at 733am and the store is closed. That time needs to be fixed. The correct time Duane Reade opens is at 8am so FedEx on-site opens at 8am. Other than that, it's convenient. I will find another that opens earlier.

I went to return an item on May 14 2024 and I have to say the women behind the counter with blonde hair and tattoos was so rude... I don't think retail is her calling, hire someone that is helpful....

Don’t go for the passport size photo. It’s an absolutely waste of money. They simply take an iphone 7 just took a click and they given to me. They didn’t even edit that. We are students we can do better than that I went it for the quality picture not a junk picture. This has to be changed if you charge the people $17 you have to use the better equipment. This is disgusting.

This is a pick up and drop off only. Do not expect them to print out labels or provide packing materials, that is your responsibility if you want to use this site.

Don't bother going there unless you are a Stony Brook University student. This is not on Nichols Road. It is within the university. It is very difficult to find and there is no parking except for 1 15 minutes spot That's always used by somebody else. I had to ask five students and call the FedEx office within the University five times before I could find it. I had called previously and they should've just told me that it's within Stony Brook University... just awful.
