Mo, my bridal assistant, was truly my right hand all day. She anticipated needs before I even realized them, stayed two steps ahead at all times, and made me feel completely taken care of from start to finish. Because of her, I was able to fully relax and soak in every moment.
One of the most meaningful aspects of our experience at Three Village Inn was their incredible attention to food safety. As a bride with severe celiac disease, this was something I was understandably very anxious about. The team went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled with care. They took every precaution, provided separate plates, and made sure both I and our guests with gluten allergies felt completely safe and confident eating. That level of awareness and commitment meant more to us than we can put into words.

“I go here quite often and the staff is so friendly . It’s the first hotel I’ve stayed at that I see the staff clean most of the day . Not only the rooms but everything . You walk in and it smells clean . They also have a restaurant attached that also has good food . The location is near the expressway for quick access for travel. Close by are eatery’s and stores (groceries as well as clothing stores ) . I can’t wait to stay there again”

“Of my last seven or eight hotel stays, which were mainly Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton Inn by Hilton and Hyatt Place this hotel was head and shoulders superior. It’s a very large and spacious property. The service is fantastic. Very friendly staff. They keep the place in impeccable and again I was really pleasantly surprised. I would’ve thought a Holiday Inn would not be as nice as the affirmation chains when in fact it was far nicer. The room’s better the linens better the breakfast better and the staff better trained friendly happy to be there. Happy to help.”

“Ben you are the man! It was an absolute pleasure to have met you. The ladies at the desk and the entire staff were awesome. The entire hotel inside and out was clean and well maintained cleaned. The breakfast was great and the ice water by the elevators was always available. Not only will I be back to this Hampton every time I'm in the area but I will try other Hamptons in the hope of the same experience. You all need a raise $$ amazing customer service! It looks like you may be seeing me around from time to time so until then be well my friend.

“This is a very clean and nice hotel. There was a welcome package with goodies and extra gift miles, which was a nice touch. The complementary breakfast is a bonus, but parking price is a bit odd given that there are plenty of free lots nearby. There is not much to do nearby, but it is a convenient stay for a visit to central LI.”

“Travel for business and stayed 1 night. Parking was a nightmare as the lot was packed and along the entrance curb and even out on street. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Check in was quick and simple. 1 elevator was operating. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable along with pillows. Bathroom was clean. Microwave and refrigerator in room. Many many stores near by and other things to do. High traffic area. Breakfast was provided.”

“It was in the cut quiet and clean the The young lady that works at night was awesome. She even helped me to investigate on some places. That I can move to where there's less sun being that I'm allergic to the Sun. They have very nice greetings. That compliment people and they even waited on me when I had a little disability. So it's great to have people who can just deal with anybody on any term. Please go to America's best value. They are nice to people. They are courteous and they even wake you up when you have to go somewhere and you wanna rush, so just check out. America's best value is in the cut. It's quiet and you can have time to manifest and pray. And take time out for yourself. Have a blessed day.”

“Everyone was so nice who worked here! The gentleman working the front desk when we checked in was nice and funny (I am the Hilton card lady 😀). The ladies who worked the breakfast were nice, smiling and personable. We encountered the ladies with housekeeping and they always looked up smiled and said hello. The room was nice and as pictures indicated.
This property overall was nice, clean with a very engaging team. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable!”

“This spot was so cute! I really liked the area that we were in, super great for walking around and visiting shops & restaurants nearby. The hotel room was nice, only thing to be aware of is that you are by boats and so be prepared to wake up to the sound of boat horns in the morning 😅 it’s a great spot though!!”

The rooms were clean and fresh.

The beds were OK, but not the greatest or best I have been on. Well loved is a nice way to say it.

The staff were very friendly.

Our last two days only one of the two elevators were operational.

The paid breakfast is no better than any “free” breakfast anywhere similar.

Three location was perfect for my needs.

Prices are crazy, but understandable for the area.”

“Went to cash in a lottery ticket and awed with the place. Great security at the door. The people were all professional and courteous. The environment was a bit loud for me.
Parking lot was crazy trying to find a spot. Valet Parking is available for the guests. I don't know if there is a fee. Sometimes there is.”

“I was respectfully greeded when I approached to reserve a room. The environment was very calm and clean. The plants that surrounded me as I was conversating with the employee to reserve my room....... were all wonderfully "real" and watered to a healthy perfection. When I opened the door to my room...... I was once again very pleased...... because everything was to the standards and clean. The carpet was vacuumed and clean and the bed was neatly prepped with clean covers (also checked the sheets because why not) and...... once again pleasingly clean with a pleasant fragrance of cleanliness. Thank you. For a truly comfortable, peaceful and affordable stay. I was facing a very challenging presentation the next day and I am actually being honest and thankful for my stay at the MacArthur inn...... I am a hard working mother who has three wonderful children and my job unfortunately requires me to travel and sometimes on my own dime and I genuinely always wish there would be a genuine, honest and clean, affordable stay inn's and this was exactly what I imagine. “Very basic but you get what you pay for. It definitely is better than the reviews. I was worried based on the reviews staying for two nights being a solo female traveler but it wasn’t as bad as the reviews say. It’s definitely very basic and your typical drive up motel but it got the job done. I had a king, non-smoking room but still had a faint smell of smoke. The bed was decent and the pillows were extremely comfortable. Room was very small but fine as I was solo. Bathroom was barely elbow width apart but was clean. Honestly, can’t complain based on the price. Also, was very well lit outside. I was worried about it being too dark at night getting back late but was very well lit.”
