“Absolutely one of the best laundromats I have ever established. Owners are good people. Small but efficient machines. I am the type that gets up early to do wash so I am here when they open. My only complaint is that the staff usually strolls in 5 to 10 minutes after they are supposed to be open. I myself would rather be early by 5 minutes but then again I’m one of those strange people ?”

“They are a good laundry company like they’re not too expensive for the area and also they fold your clothes like so well it’s amazing. They have a science to it. The only problem I have and that’s why I didn’t give them. Five stars is because my fiancé works in the kitchen and all his clothes smells like the kitchen so I think we’re gonna start separating his work clothes with his other clothes so that that smell is not all over his clothes. But also when we just give them our bedsheets, the clothes just smell regular. There’s not like this refreshing burst of laundry smell, so I’m not sure if we have to give them a laundry detergent and softener to make our clothes, small fresher, but I will find out but they do good work and at a timely matter and they are open until 11 PM to come pick up your clothes which is great because we get out of work late”

“Truly the Best !!!!!! I'm from the south shore bayport area . I went to a cleaners up the road from where I live to fix a zipper on my uniform jacket . They had it all day and when I went to pick it up they said it couldn't be fixed. My friend told me about Best Cleaners and dropped my jacket off . The next day it was fixed , brand new perfect . “I’ve been using this dry cleaner for years. When I was younger in the early 2000 I would bring my dee jay tux to get dry cleaned, and I still use them today to clean my butchers jackets weekly. They do a fantastic job and the prices are awesome. If you’re new in the neighborhood I highly recommend them.”
“I received a brand new full length, pleated dress in the mail. Uknowingly, the side invisible zipper was broken. I needed to wear the dress the next day to a funeral. I brought the dress to them in the morning shortly after opening. The tailor replaced with a stronger invisible zipper and pressed it. I was charged $35. I thought it was high for a zipper change, but because it was done in several hours and ironed to perfection i didn't complain. The clerk at the front desk was helpful, pleasant and informative. They even let my husband pick up the dress for me without a ticket or ticket number.”
“I came in here today because I just broke the zipper off my ski jacket and I happen to be flying to utah tomorrow. For our annual ski trip.
I knew it was last minute, and I understood if they weren't going to be able to do it. But they were able to fix my jacket in less than an hour. I'm so happy that was great. Please support businesses like this.”

“As far as dry cleaners go, for me this place is good for alterations and pressing pants/shirts. They do it all and have been here for years. Be sure to request straight crease for your pants or else you'll get no crease. All pressed items are perfectly starched. Highly recommend.”

“Come prepared. This is an old school laundromat. You have to come with cash. The machines need 4 dollars in quarters to run. No worries they have a machine to turn your bills in to quarters. There is no Apple Pay or electronic payment options that were obvious to me. Also you will need quarters for dryers as well.”

“These guys are awesome! I've been meaning to write a review for a little while now. We moved to the area in June from a home that had in-house laundry. We weren't thrilled to have to go back to a laundromat, but the gentlemen at SUNY Laundromat made the experience as pleasant as possibletheir.
They are so friendly and accommodating. I work a lot of hours, and several times, I've had to come back for my laundry just before close (or even a few minutes after) or the next morning. They've never hesitated to move my laundry over or stay a few minutes to give me a hand. I don't want to be a pain-in-the-butt customer, and so I'll always offer to come back the next day rather than have them wait, but they insist.
Overall, really nice people. They put in the effort to make their business run well. It's a small place, and it seems most of their business is drop-off in this neighborhood. I rarely see another person actually doing their own wash here, but there is always someone rushing in and out to pick up their items.
I highly recommend this business it you need a laundromat in the area. Absolutely darling staff.”
“I have been going here for over 20 years, I used to do my laundry but now I drop off and pick up clean folded laundry. Rosa is wonderful and pleasant very accommodating. The cost is really inexpensive when you account for your own time saved! I moved about 15 miles east of here 3 years ago and still make it a point to bring my laundry here. They are very helpful to older and or handicapped clients also. I highly recommend this laundromat!!!”

“At the start of the pandemic, these guys were the closest to me who were still running (my usual place had shut their doors). The owner is super prompt, kind, and helpful. These guys kept going and never shut their doors. I am eternally grateful they remained open and helped take one thing off my plate while I worked through the shut down.
Edit: After several years and an ownership change I stand by this review. The new owners are a wonderful family and are incredibly kind, I can’t recommend this place enough.”
