“They took me right away and I believe my technicians name was Zeb. I told him sometimes the phlebotomist has an easier time taking blood from my right arm on the outside. He listened and checked and' took the blood from there and he was so gentle I didn't even feel it. He was very kind and efficient. Thank you for a great experience.”
“Very easy to make appointments online or with your phone. If you get there by your appointment, you are usually called right away. I've had very many blood tests and their technicians are excellent finding veins right away and I almost never bruise, which says a lot because I am a blood thinner, and therefore, I bruise very easily.”
“This place is great. You can walk in or make an appointment in advance; I do recommend making an appointment if you want quick and efficient service. The staff is very welcoming and personable. I would definitely recommend going to this specific location if you need bloodwork or labs for anything done!”

“This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had getting my blood drawn. I just walked out of my appointment and I am writing this from my car. My lab technician was Shamika and she was absolutely amazing. She explained that I have vasovagal which is why I get tunnel vision and almost pass out when I get my blood drawn. She not only waited with me until I felt better, but she didn’t rush me, she talked with me, and she got me water AND a Werther’s caramel to help get some sugar in my body. She is fantastic and I will be requesting her from here on out whenever I have my blood drawn. She definitely doesn’t get paid enough for how awesome she is at her job. Thank you Shamika!!!”

“This is my first time going to Sound Endocrinology (building 3C) in Stony Brook. Dr. Mitsinikos is very professional and informative. The staff was all very friendly and welcoming. My only qualm was that after I got my MRI I was sent the results within days and the office waited two weeks until my next appt to tell me the results. I understand I had an upcoming appt but I still felt like I should have been notified once the results were in. Then we could have discussed them at my upcoming appt.”
