I ordered a venti-size ice matcha latte, and I asked them to fill it with my Starbucks plastic reusable cold cup, but the female black worker told me they couldn't put the drink in my cup and said: "YOU CAN POUR IT BY YOURSELF". I was like oh yeah I didn't know that was the way lmfao. Like I am not even asking kindness or respectfulness here, but at least have minimum responsibility on what you are doing and do your job plz :(

Was up all night with my sick daughter and had to bring her to the Pediatric Emergency Room. My husband went to get me a drink (after he worked an overnight), ordered an ice tea with no ice and this is what they gave him. When he said it’s not filled, the lady responded then you should’ve ordered a trenta. I have never ran into this problem at other sites nor have I ever heard of treating a customer this poorly. I use to work for Starbucks and understand how crazy it can get but never would treat a customer like this.

I tried ordering a caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino and a chocolate K-pop, and the customer service was terrible the lady kept giving me an attitude and wasn't listening to me very good. When I got my order I had an old moldy smoothie and a bitten k-pop. Would not recommend this place at all.

It's a pleasure to get my Caramel Macchiato from the day crew here. They are the hardest-working and nicest baristas of any Starbucks around. They deserve medals and statues erected in their honor.

In the midst of a stressful place,Stony Brook University Hospital, you can find an oasis. Sweets, treats, coffee and drinks. The staff is cheerful and competent. The space is small but welcoming and comfortable.

The service is horrible. The prices even worse. They charge more than Corporate so when their order machine is out you have to pay higher prices because they won’t match the corporate prices. They move at a snails pace. ??♀️ someone needs to take over this place. Just saying.

I don't know why the night crew is so nasty. We all have a job to do and it's very sad how they treat people! It's very hard to do mobile order because it's never ready or it's wrong. I could go on and on about how I have been treated but I'm just hoping the manager will see this and do something about it. I can say there are 2 people at night that are good but they aren't in all the time. Please help your staff about customer service!

I am actually super pissed at this Starbucks. One of my best friends in a nurse in the hospital and I was asking her to be a bridesmaid. Being from Long Island but now living in Florida I had to call all of the Starbucks on Long Island and personally speak to someone to have them make my bridesmaid proposal come to life. This was the one starbucks that didn't even pick up the phone. I called SIX times and no answer, so last minute, while she was about to go on shift, Im scrambling to figure out how I am going to get the proposal on her cup. Luckily I was able to figure it out using the app but don't even try to call this place because they wont pick up.

The worse Starbucks on Long Island! Their hot chocolate was more like water chocolate. Starbucks has one of the best hot chocolate, but not sure if this location got any training on ratio measurements. Talking about training, the salesperson behind the counter was on the phone; I thought corporate training does go over these practices.
