This was my first time at this location. Even though I am terminal with cancer does not mean that I have to be treated with attitude because I ask a question. I spent approximately 2 hrs in an MRI machine,First I got really hot…then my legs were falling asleep… I squeeze my emergency button because I need air. Ask why it is taking so long because this is not my first rodeo, so to speak.The tech Will said that he did not realize that I had so much surgeries, and then ask if I wanted to continue and I said … no..I think they should have enough images to compare… and he replied not really… so I complied to continue.Not much communication during this imaging with this tech.Upon completion, Samantha came in with a little attitude, said Hello twice, and had to tell her I said Hello. She did assist me to get up and while I am sitting on the bed getting my ‘bearings to get up, she started rolling the sheets next to me, I pulled the step stool myself, while the tech is in the inside room and Samantha is cleaning around me.I eventually got up and put my shoes on and she ask me to wait to escort me to my locker,,while she preps the room. I decided to start walking out because I have never felt such lack of patient respect anywhere else.The tech Will did not have the courtesy to say anything at the end of the scan.Will not recommend this site or use again.

I had a MRI done today. EVERYONE WAS VERY KIND TO ME! The Tec was Will and he was fantastic! I have positional vertigo and he helped me greatly to reduce my anxiety!! I give a AAA to everyone there!! Great Caring People!
