I am writing this review solely because I felt compelled to bring corporate attention to the exceptional and kind service provided by Drew C. at this location. Every time I have been to this UPS store, I have witnessed his thoughtful interactions with not only myself, but all those in front of me in line. His positivity brightens my day and I'm sure many others.I searched for a more formal avenue to voice my satisfaction, but was unable to find a ups survey etc.Thank you Drew!

The cashier at lake Grove was extremely rude. He had a I Don't care attitude, he told me to call amazon.

The UPS Stonybrook store has been 100% professional, most helpful and exceptional in their knowledge customer service, and attitude.I always go to the store, leaving with a smile because of the staff. One person to point out is a gentleman named Drew. Thank you!Let me know if I can share this anywhere else or write to corporate to show my appreciation.

I had my internet service changed, and due to the change my ring camera system was off line. After numerous calls to both my internet provider and the ring camera, the ring camera decided to send me new cameras. Before the new cameras arrived, I was able to get the cameras working again. I contacted the ring camera and they sent me an email to print up return labels for UPS to send them back. I had three boxes to return with three labels. Next thing I know my printer is not working. I go to the UPS store and meet Eric. Since the company sent me labels Eric explained to me that I had to use the labels that the ring camera sent me and he could not make new labels. I did not know how to print the new labels in the store from my tablet, using their wi- fi. I had much difficulty in doing so and the store was very busy. I asked Eric if he could do it for me. He explained that it was against the stores policy to touch anyone's personal tablet. After feeling frustrated and not being able to figure out how to do it myself, Eric verbally walked me through the steps of what needed to be done. I was now able to send them back. I don't know what I would have done without Eric's help. Eric was so patient with me along the process. Eric was very polite, professional, and a great employee to deal with. The world needs more people like Eric. I never experienced such kindness. I want to let UPS know what a terrific employee Eric is. Thank you Eric for all your help. You are the best!

This place is terrible. I went into the office yesterday tried to get a shipment for my 37lbs package contain a computer and a monitor. Can you ever imagine how much they wanna charge me for it???470 Dollar!!. What happened is a female worker weight my belongs, get the shipping address informations and she said it's 202 dollar. I was like Ok, it's costy but still acceptable. I said I need a minate to consider about it. When I came back, she said it was a mistaken, It supposed to be 217 dollar. So I asked them how much for the box, I thought it would be cheaper if I pack it by myself. At this moment, a male worker came here and talked to the lady “ These items take up more space than you might imagine, we're going to use bigger boxes. and you didn't count the size of the monitor” After that he calculated a new number. Yes, exactly. 470 dollar for the shipment. I got pissed and bought a box then left. When I came out I saw some guys walked out from the store, and chat with them, it's about any recommendation for shipping, they said One freight, USPS and Fedex.All of above are way more cheaper than 470 dollar. Finally I choose Fedex for 60 dollar fee, and they know the size of my box, weight and what is contained inside.I don't know the workers against me or it's usual, but this shipping experice was bad AF. Trust me, if you wanna ship something for better price, don't come to UPS. There are many better shipping store than it. UNLESS YOU JUST WANT TO PAY MEANINGLESS HIGH PRICE FOR IT.BTW the time I bought the big box at the store. The male worker wanna charge me for the largest size, I don't see any necessarity for that, so I picked a smaller size, and it's suitable even with about 40% empty space so I planned to put some bubble for that. It seems to me they just wanna charge you higher price, they don't care about what you need. I don't believe your professional worker can't even distinguish the size needed for packing, if that's the professionalism of your staff, I advise you to hire somebody else.

Eric and Peter were absolutely professional and very much patient with the service provided! I had a bit of a confusing order and they not once showed any annoyance. They were patient, helpful and made the experience less embarrassing for me.

None of the employees know what they're doing line out the door every time I come I'll charge you couple dollars for a couple cents worth of tape really disgusting much better options out there

Yikes first time coming to this location as I was in the area. None of the 3 employees that were there had the computer skills to open a simple PDF file to print a label. I even took a screenshot of the label and resent it. Still they were not able to open that file either. Very strange. It’s not that difficult. I have never had this issue at a UPS location before. I was then told I could go on their customer computer and do it myself which I tried doing first when entering the store but the computer didn’t even work lol they didn’t really try to help me so I said ok I’ll just go to another location and their response was that they could really care less, too busy doing nothing. There was only one other customer in the store and 3 employees staring into the thin air.Please train your employees to help customers print labels or simply make sure they have the programs they need to open a PDF or image file. This location was giving no energy and f’s lolJust go to the staples/ups location nearby. They’re so much better.

Best UPS Store I've been to. The service is next level, the employees are all very personable, really nice people with great attention to detail. I have a mailbox here too and really happy with it.

The manager decided to charge me $5.00 to print two pieces of paper with barelyAny ink on them. I needed them urgently or else i would’ve gone somewhere else. If this is a franchise they are clearly money hungry and overcharge for everything. Definitely calling my bank to dispute. I don’t care if it’s $5 … who in their right mind would want to pay that much for two pieces of paper
