“I started bringing my Doberman to Dr. Fitzgerald as a puppy. This was after another Vet could not get a stitch out of his ear and was going to charge me $600 to do surgery. I brought my pup to Dr. Fitzgerald and she was wonderful. She took the stitch out, didn’t even charge me and charged a reasonable price for the posting once a week. She is absolutely wonderful and an expert with Dobermans”

“I got my 8 months cat spayed and I’m so happy I came to this facility because I had a great experience. I was very nervous going through this process but the staff was very friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. After I left her I came back in the afternoon to pick her up and she looked okay under anesthesia effects still but nothing else. Today is day 4 and she’s healing nicely and she’s not in pain. I can definitely say that they did an amazing job! And I can recommend this office to anyone, very clean and professional!!!”

A different vet right across the highway was extremely rude and judgmental about my poorly bred rescue dogs anxiety, that I’m working very hard on with a professional trainer and daily medication. That place wouldn’t evaluate him with out a heavy sedative (which I did let them do because I figured they knew what’s best). But since finding this vet from our trainer a few months ago, I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. They are amazing with my 8 month old boy and the doctor said my dogs fine and there is no need to sedate him. very honest people who really care about animals. “Highly recommend. Use to take my pugs there for all the vet needs and was awhiles taking care of. Unfortunately my pugs passed. I have a pitbull now and was using another vet until my dog was in so much pain she couldn’t walk. That vet told me they can’t get her in for two weeks and if she’s in that much pain she can be on the waiting list. Minded I wouldn’t be calling if she wasn’t in pain. I brought her here the whole 6 years I’ve had her so far minded. . Called dr templeton office and they asked me about my dog cared about how my dog feels and her pain level didn’t have an app to the next day but the lady Lauren understood my dogs needs called me back and got me in the same day. Now my dog is up this morning walking and happy. And I can’t be more grateful and thankful. 5 starts all around. Everyone should bring their pets here.”

Probably since they opened; maybe in the late '60s. I had my first visit at St. James Animal Hospital last week. It was a very, very important and emotional appointment. It was on Sept 1st, Friday evening when they were about to close & it was Labor Day weekend. I was really taking back that Noone was rushing to leave even though they closed.They treated me and my pet like Gold. The office and examination rooms are So clean - I don't how that's even possible after being open all day. I was just Very impressed with all of the staff and the Veterinarians. Thank you for taking care of my sweet dog.???♥️ ?BTW I don't understand why somebody would give one star ⭐I'd like to give the benefit of the doubt, My first visit was amazing. So, No offense, but I'm thinking it's their problem. Seems like a lot of people don't have any appreciation for people that work hard and try to do the best at their jobs. Maybe that person is just a constant complainer and it shows. What do you expect? If it's really true what you say about them not responding, there must be a valid reason. Or Maybe ? maybe that person shouldn't take their misery out on other people. My life isn't easy and I am often feeling misery. I definitely Do Not take it out with me or take it out on anyone that's providing a service to me.I had a horrible smoothie recently and I Wouldn't give them one star. And I was pretty upset. They had just opened and I saw how the new hires were struggling. There's no manager around. I'll either never go back or I will go back And mention it to them - and Give them a second shot.It's only fair...”

“I’m not going to ruin the score of this facility because I absolutely adore everyone in this office. From Dr. Baldino and Dr. Coiro, the groomers (especially Angelica) to the entire front desk staff and med assistants. They are all wonderful and amazing and we have been going here for years with numerous members of our fur family. But bringing my new puppy to Dr. Z was an absolutely terrible experience. He has the worst bedside manner, rushes and speaks low when talking AT you so you have no idea what he’s saying. He made me feel like a complete idiot when I questioned why my puppy behaved a certain way, and basically made it seem that a small issue was going to cause death upon my dog and our entire family. I will of course be returning because of the other doctors here but I will NEVER have an appointment with him again. I cannot believe he works among such amazing doctors.”
