The old Ba Mar was so much nicer, homes showing individual taste and personality with more personal space. The new Ba Mar looks like a prison camp.

Today, I stopped by to visit a family member, and while I waited for them to show up, I had the terrible idea to walk around with my brother (15 years old) and take a look at the area because my husband and I have been considering these trailers. Well, not anymore. The “manager” saw us, and instead of introducing himself or asking politely, this man started screaming, “What are you guys doing?” I was stunned by his reaction, so I didn’t reply. We were there for less than 5 minutes, and thinking he wasn’t talking to us, the man kept screaming in a very aggressive tone. His behavior was so erratic and he didn’t have any identifying information like a uniform, so I wasn’t even sure if he worked there. Eventually, I reacted and told him we were just waiting for a family member. He then started saying something about how this is how they keep the neighborhood safe. Mind you, it was 6 pm, and we were just walking. I replied, “Okay?” and he started pointing out how my brother smiled at him first or something! I was so startled by his obnoxious behavior that all I said was, “He’s a kid. Calm down.” This whole situation has left a horrible impression on me of this place. It speaks volumes about the people managing it.

If anyone has not seen the way they rebuilded Ba Mar, then they need to go and see it themselves. This area was known for flooding and all types of weather Hazzards. But now is a beautiful waterview little community. They have beautiful modern trailer homes for sale. And they rebuilding the whole area including new streets. Every home has their own parking spots.

I was going to buy here But later I learned you HAVE to PAY a lot fee ( $1,650) a month to be exact PLUS your loan for the manufactured home . The home is yours BUT the land is not. This is supposed to be affordable!? For that wait save some more and buy a REAL HOUSE ?. They never tell you Bout a lot fee until later ?

Owners rebuilding this community and really seem to care about it's outcome. I believe it will be beautiful and represent as one of the best trailer communities around.Community is coming together nicely. Homes are 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom trailers. Very nice...
