“My family has used this company for a number of years. We can not say enough good things about them. We have an older house and their tech, Tony, is second to none. He is courteous, super responsive and always goes above and beyond. Cassandra kicks butt too.. she seems to be there no matter when we call her! My family and I stay warm each winter due to their dedicated staff. Please be courteous when speaking to either of these great individuals. Many people suck out there but these two are most certainly not them. They will help you when you need it most. Thank you!”

They do nothing but go out of the way to please their customers!To Dee Dee…Before you make a review that could be extremely damaging to a very hard working family’s small business maybe you should think twice about driving in an “ice storm” and actually pick up the phone first… It’s called common sense instead of driving through a dangerous ice storm which at least they were smart to stay home being that no one with common sense is going out in an “ice storm! Why go to work if you’re not gonna have any business due to an “ICE STORM”! You truly are vindictive and not a nice person!!! BTW, I do not live in Bardonia but it is a very nice area. That was obnoxious and extremely uncalled for!!!”
