“Ms. Amanda Ripa, Assistant Store Manager at the 100 Snake Hill Road Extra Space Storage facility in West Nyack is a real treasure - a consummate professional with so much heart ! She calmly and confidently helped us navigate through the ‘system’ long distance, because we wanted to help a friend pay his monthly unit charge, in one of your CT facilities. She was friendly, helpful and patient, and tirelessly explored every possible avenue to assist us, and also reached out to the other storage space, in question. In short, she generously and kindly took time to cut through ‘red tape’ . In the end, we will have to drive to CT to help make his payment because he has to do some data updating, in person, but now the necessary steps are clearly understood, thanks to Ms. Ripa. We also inquired about renting space at the West Nyack facility and are very impressed at the cleanliness and security measures in place, and the strong sense of knowledge, expertise and compassionate authority that Ms. Ripa displays. Brava, Ms. Ripa!!”

He is very well spoken and communicative when it comes to all the rules at the public storage facility in Monsey. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and he payiently explained and informed me about all of my concerns regarding renting a unit and all of the deadlines and requirements on my part.He is also very friendly and kind which I believe is extremely important when it comes to business and customer relations. I can’t sing his praises enough!!!He was kind, informative, professional, and he picked the perfect unit for getting in and out easily.After being greeted by Stanly, it just felt like we were old friends.The storage facility is conveniently located. Very close to my home with easy access going in and out of the property. I feel safe when I’m there, especially with the security gates. Nobody’s getting in or out without the code so, that is a nice feeling.Thank you Stanly!! It felt like you were the owner but, if you’re not, the owner should definitely hold on to you!!! People like you are worth their weight in gold!!!”
“It is frequently said that probably the biggest decision to make during a move is choosing a moving company. We needed a moving company that would agree to move us a short distance but loading different trucks with different destinations. We also needed some time flexibility because our new place couldn't confirm the date/time that it was going to be ready. We also needed help with the packing and live on the 5th floor of an apartment building with very strict moving rules. In a long run, we needed a mover that would hold our hands and solve all our moving problems. We found that company. RJ., since the first phone call was courteous / helpful / follow through many special requests (because of the difficulty of coordination between the 2 apartments, the container with our furniture/boxes had to stay in a parking lot of the building for the weekend) / answered our questions – phone calls immediately and paid attention to details. RJ and his crew came on time both days and the job was done in a satisfactory manner. In addition, R.J. came to help us empty a storage room that we were not able to empty the days of the move. If we must move again (hope we never must), I wouldn't hesitate to call R.J. again and I would recommend him to my close friends. ----------------”

“I have rented storage for many years now. The outside, drive up unit is easily accessible & was always dry. I have no complaints except that my location no longer has personnel on site but a kiosk instead. Not happy about that when It came to closing my account.”
“Decent storage area. Poor access. Not enough parking and in spite of that they rent out the parking spaces making the problem worse. The unit is not cleaned well before move-in. The floor is okay but the door cushion was caked in dust.”
“These guys are so super friendly and helpful...but here's the rub...when you can find someone. It does seem like the facility is actually "staffed" but if you wait long enough you'll find a driver dropping off and/or picking up a Pod for a delivery. They can help. But the door that says "open 9-5" is permanently locked.”
