They make you waste your time, you make a passport appointment with them and they call you one hour before your schedule saying they dont have equipment, this is the 2nd time already, I lost 2 days of work because of this, and they dont offer you any solution, honestly you have to treat people better.

Women at front desk made looks of disgust at me and had an attitude. Very rude. I guess asking basic questions about mail is considered offensive.
July 22 2024 3pm.
Won't be going back to that location.

The guy at the desk is very rude. He was trying to make me pay for packaging when the package I was sending out was prepaid for and he refused to scan the code I was trying to give him which shows that everything was paid for. Went to another post office and had no issues sending out my package. I will happily drive further away in the future to avoid this post office.

Worst place to get Flags for a veteran service. It’s been a month, and still no flags at this location, w/ Funeral Homes locally you would think they keep stock. They Never do keep stock, young man at the window said they will order, here I am a month later writing this review. Still no flags, and had the nerve to say he doesn’t recall, this is my second complaint. Phonewise and now here.

Love this post office & everyone that works there. I mail out tons of packages for my Etsy shop here (when the lines are super long and when there is nobody there) and have never encountered any "rudeness" like these other reviews say. They've always been nice!

Rude Russian clerk who thinks he’s going to be king postal inspector one day. Avoid this location, nothing but problems.

This location is almost never open during its “normal business hours” don’t even bother stopping here go down the street to the other location in Stony Point.
