I am appalled and stunned by the Walgreens pharmacy manager's attitude and response to my request. After confirming with my insurance that the error was on the pharmacy's end and calling back the next day to rectify it, the manager still proceeded to give my medication -- which was on hold for me -- to a regular customer. The manager made it clear that since I was not a regular visitor and this was my first time filling my prescription, they had given the med to the regular customer even though it was on hold for me! I was stunned by the rude demeanor of the pharmacy manager when providing me with service. Therefore, I returned to CVS, even though it often takes them longer to get my medication, as the employees are always friendly and courteous.

I went there for the first time to fill a prescription for my daughter and the man in the pharmacy was horrible. He was not trying to be helpful at all and gave me problems filling a prescription that I have filled before at many other pharmacies. Now, reading all the reviews I can see I was not the first to deal with his unprofessionalism. I will never return to that pharmacy and they should consider having him removed. I am new to the area and have encountered many nice people in the area but they definitely lost a customer. I am only giving one star because that's the only way my review would post. Otherwise, I'd give zero stars.

Terrible customer service. I'm taking my business to the CVS across the street. I called and made a complaint to Corporate who was very nice and said they would be looking into the matter. But for now I'm stearin clear of that Walgreens in Stoney Point.

this is the second time in 2 weeks ive come here and waited for over 10 minutes for someone to even be at the register. however, this time im still not being helped currently after making the worker aware of my presence. i always prefer here over cvs but you just lost a customer.

I don't know why all the bad reviews. My info was transferred from stop and shop in pomona who closed.They were the worst pharmacy EVER.They once accused me of losing a 3 month refills of a VERY expensive drug.I have no problems with Walgreens.

When I first arrived, I was literally cut off by a slovenly dressed man, who turned out to be the manager on duty, causing me to stop dead in my tracks. No apology, no excuse me, nothing! He was too busy with a personal phone call, then conduct himself with manners or professionalism. After shopping, I was waiting to checkout, looking at their book and magazine display, when another employee passed between me and the rack with mere inches of bumping into me. Again, no excuse me. Forget the fact that these employees don't understand the definition of social distancing or proper etiquette, just basic customer service skills would suffice. Upon leaving, I encountered Slovenly Man, standing 3 feet outside the main entrance, not wearing a mask, and smoking, too close to the entry. I asked him if he was the manager, after having to repeat myself numerous times, he said he was. I asked him why he and employees were so rude and unprofessional. Him: "I guess that's an issue...for you." WTF? Wrong guy to crack wise with. After I told him what I really thought of him, his staff and filthy store, his demeanor changed. Too late. My complaint is already on its way to Walgreens corporate office. I have lived all over the US and have been a loyal customer of Walgreens for years, until now. Hopefully CVS will be a breath of fresh air.

Always a crazy wait with no explanation. Also the one pharmacist the Indian gentleman should be fired one day he told me he didn't have my medication I been taking for 15 years after I received a text from Walgreens to come to pick my prescription up he gave me a smart a** response " it's not my problem" we're his exact words if you can even understand him we got into a heated argument and he signaled he was taking his lab coat off to fight anyhow I don't understand how you hire a pharmacist that barely speaks any English anyway I mean they always ask you have any questions for the pharmacist ??!! I always say know because I don't feel like guessing what he's saying and dealing with his miserable a*** No stars for you!!!!!

There's this babe that works there and her name is Rachel and she happens to work in the pharmacy. I recommend going to the pharmacy.

I'm very dismayed at the "service" received at this pharmacy. On several occasions, they take an extremely long time to fill prescriptions though they tell you on the phone they are ready (we last waited 2 extra hours). That's IF they answer the phone at all. They do nothing to assist clients in resolving simple difficulties (making suggestions when insurance does not cover meds, etc.) and certain pharmacy workers have nonchalant attitudes despite the fact that the average wait time for clients waiting on line to pick up their medications, is over an hour. They then do not pick up the phone when the doctor calls in an effort to assist but also will not speak to the doctor on the client's cell phone. Perhaps they are short staffed, I don't know for sure, but I do know our family is switching pharmacies to a more competent provider. Zero stars.

Ridiculous. Waiting over 20 minutes in line at pharmacy and was then told the rx that was sent electronically 10 hours ago wasn't filled yet. They forgot to print it out. Long line of angry people in front and behind me and no staff offering any explanation, apology or acknowledgment of it. Piss poor management
