The actual service was fine. However...sometimes members of the staff get into long, drawnout personal conversations with familiar "customers" and make those on line wait for intolerable periods for service.

Ask a question about renewing passport and before i could finish gentleman told me to do it online. Very unprofessional. I told him the online feature is not available which I found out prior to calling the po. Please educate your staff to address customers more friendly, and also educate them so they are aware that online renewal is not an option at this time.

I went to this post office to ask a simple question about applying for a passport and was made to feel like I was a non educated part of society for not knowing that certain post offices will only handle passports. The guy behind the desk was SO rude and unprofessional and continued to laugh with another co-worker as I exited the building. NEVER again with this terrible place!

I was at the Stormvile PO on Saturday, Dec. 18th. The clerk behind the counter was mocking a customer to another customer and the 5 of us waiting our turn. I found this very unprofessional and rude.It also said on your door, we as customers had to wear masks, but this clerk did not have a mask on, not even hanging off his face.He also made a comment about the customers showing up close to closing time. Is he not to work until closing time? He made a comment that everyone is finally rolling out of bed.Thankfully, I do not have to use that PO often. Only my 2nd time there and the 1st time was a very pleasant experience.And PS, it was not that busy and no was complaining. Just your clerk being rude or he thought he was being funny.....missed the funny part.

Great personnel who are not grumpy when you rush in 2 minutes before closing. Small approx 8x10 foot service waiting area that is well lit, clean and cheerful. They care about keeping customers safe during the pandemic and are fast and proficient. Very welcoming and patiently helpful staff of essential workers. Makes a needed trip to the PO very pleasant.I send mail to many parts of the world and not one of this small-town post office’s staff has ever made disdainful comments about another country on my mail/package or the “funny way“ their addresses are written, like I’ve heard at larger P O stations. I love my local Post Office!

Very unprofessional. Very rude. Asked a simple question and gave an attitude the whole time. Employees weren't helpful at all. Go to a different post office.
