Last year I called to have tires put on and they were “too busy” to do it within a few weeks since I didn’t buy tires through them. I live a few houses down. They did suggest if I purchased tires through them that they could offer a discounted price. I call today to have tires put on and they tell me they don’t mount tires I purchased somewhere else. If this is how they treat neighbors I don’t see why anybody would go out of their way to come to this small town tire shop if they do not mount tires. How can this be classified as a tire shop? Moreover, he rudely just hung up the phone.

Service was polite and professional. Had two tires put on my trailer and was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Its nice to do business with a small local business that takes care of its customers.

Our family never leaves reviews however our treatment over the phone was absolutley unprofessional and uncalled for and we felt it necessary to express this. We have used Strykerville Tire for years to mount tires which we have purchased both from Al as well as online at a fair price. As we went to schedule an appointment to have a set of tires we owned put on one of our vehicles , Al spoke to both my husband and myself in an unprofessional and degrading manner. He has elected to only put tires on vehicles which have been purchased from him which is totally understandable and should this have simply been stated as the case we would have walked away in complete understanding however he tore us up one side and down the other verbally for not buying tires from him. Very sad and unfortunate. In a matter of minutes my husband called Utz tire and had an appointment within 2 minutes. Very unfortunate.
The policy isnt the issue it's the treatment of customers!

We are sorry for the inconvenience matthew fisher, but as we told you at 8:30 PM 2 1/2 hours after closing that we were very busy for the next, I even showed you the 4 tractors and other tires sitting there that needed to be done. Yes all of our customers are special but not one more then the other. We are sorry you are upset we couldn't put you in front of the 10 other people that have been patiently waiting for their tires and tractors to be done. We try our best to accommodate everyone, but never once did you ask me to fix your tire that you had just gotten somewhere else you demanded we fix your tire and demanded when it was going to be fixed. You never once even asked when we could have it done, you demanded that it was going to be done the next day or you'll go somewhere else. So as it's your choice to go somewhere else it's our choice to deny a job, I also told you several times we will fix it as soon as humanly possible but we were extremely busy for the next few weeks. You didnt buy this tire from us, that was on a big dual tractor wheel. You don't think of us when it's time to buy only when your in a pinch and have no other choice then get mad when we cant meet your demands.
