The staff here and the work that was done on my car was amazing! This was the first time I ever had an accident and I wasn’t sure what to do. Paula walked me through step-by-step and took care of everything. They told me not to worry and everything would be fine and they were right - it was. My car looks amazing, Like nothing ever happened! To top it off, my car was cleaned and waxed when I picked it up. Five star review - the best!

I can’t say enough positive things about this business. From the day I dropped my car off until the day I picked it up, they made everything so easy for me. Paula and her staff are amazing. They handled every aspect of the process seamlessly. They even looked out for my best interests with my insurance company. They don’t just let those insurance companies dictate the parts they want you to get and how to fix the car to save themselves money. Paula doesn’t take no for an answer and got exactly what the car needed. I would totally recommend this business to any family or friends and that’s exactly how they treat you!

Autohaus Collision Center is the repair shop to go to! The staff there are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and their expertise in the field is undeniable. From speaking to insurance companies who refuse to budge, to providing excellent customer service, to being your greatest advocates, these guys go above and beyond. I am grateful for their prompt and excellent service. A special shout out to Paula, whose wisdom and guidance granted me peace of mind and heart throughout a very stressful situation. Troy and Paula are absolute rockstars! Unfortunately we have had our share of car issues, and they always go above and beyond the call of duty. The best thing they did was work with the insurance adjuster to make sure everything was copersetic. Their car work is professianl and proficient, and their customer service is impeccable. I highly recommended!

Autohaus Collision Center may be among the unique businesses, as apart from its high quality repair service, it is a also highly customer oriented. It treats its customers with sensitivity while their vehicles are being repaired. It is highly conscientious in its dealings. This high-level ethical behavior comes from its larger than life owner, Troy O'Hanion. Troy is a moving center of humanity and engineering excellence. He went out of his way to help me when my insurance company was being insensitive to me. Seeing my misery for having to wait some five weeks before the insurance company settled on his charges, he lowered my deductible charges. After the repairs were completed, I met another accident, though a minor one; he repaired my car for free. How many businesses would do that. You do not see many people like Troy. Thanks Troy, keep your flame burning.

Outstanding service and advocacy from Autohaus.I highly recommend Troy at Autohaus Collission Center in Suffern, NY. Troy and Paula are professional and friendly and immediately inspire trust. From the start, there were issues with the insurance company. Troy knows his business inside and out including state rules and regulations. This was important in my case. Without Troy's knowledge and willingness to put in the time to advocate for me, my car would have been declared a total loss. I am so grateful to him and my car looks great!
