Wish they could have been more helpful
Unfortunately my phone is too old go handle their new simcards so I needed a new one
They were nice but ultimately couldn't help me.
Store is clean abd parking is painless but not plentiful

Literally called to ask about boost up and this ride with an attitude said “we don’t have it we don’t talk about it” and I told me that I just wanted to know in case they got it anytime soon.

I have had many providers over the years, and investigate Boost Mobile because my son in California has had them for years and is very happy with them. Tried a couple of Boost people in the area, and really wasn't impressed...UNTIL I went to the Boost Mobile store in Suffern NY, on Lafayette Ave. WOW! Intelligent, KNOWS the correct answers and provides them with calm and assurance, speaks several languages, and interfaced with all his clients in a polite, efficient manner. He solved all my issues with my two new cell phones and has made the others in our family quite content as well. Boost service seems to be working much better than former provider, but if you want to assure GREAT service, visit the Boost Mobile Suffern Store and see why you want him to be your go to provider.

One employee is doing SUPER Bad the other ones are okay.Once I went there and he barely does anything.
