I had a very upsetting experience at this CVS location yesterday morning (between 11:30 a.m. and 11:36 a.m.) while trying to drop off a package through UPS. Before bringing my package in (four tires), I politely asked a female employee at the front desk if I could drop it off here. She said yes, as long as the package had a label.
But as soon as I brought it inside, a man who identified himself only as “J ” and claimed to be the store manager came out and started yelling at me aggressively in front of customers and staff. He told me I was blocking the exit and demanded that I take my stuff and leave. I calmly explained that I had spoken with his employee first and that I wasn’t trying to cause any issues—but he continued to speak to me with an aggressive and disrespectful attitude.
When I asked him for his full name so I could report the incident properly, he refused to give it, which only made the situation feel worse—like he knew he was in the wrong and didn’t want to be held accountable.
As a Suffern resident, I expect basic courtesy and professionalism from people in leadership positions—especially at a store I’ve supported many times before. This kind of mistreatment and public humiliation is unacceptable.
CVS, I urge you to investigate this incident and take appropriate action. No customer deserves to be treated like this, especially when they are following the process and asking questions respectfully.

I needed baby Tylenol as they were closing at 12 am, when everyone else was closed, and they stayed open to help me get it. That is definitely going above and beyond for customer service and to help the community.

Honestly deserves no stars. Consistently a long line to pick up my rx right before lunch. Came in the AM before work to see if it would be better and they couldn’t find my rx said it had been put away already and they would have to refill and it would take an additional 15 min. I literally had gotten a call may 30 and i came in June 2. Calling my drs office to switch pharmacies. Over it. Horrible service. Don’t bother.

I love cvs but this cvs the girls are up to something. They have really bad attitude.
Recently came to this cvs and found fridges empty for almost 3 weeks. No ice creams ..
I love the one at Ramsey! Go there ya!

The ordering process was seamless. The pick up on the other hand was not so pleasant due to the manager and his unprofessional attitude. He is not approachable or customer friendly.

Once upon a time pharmacy and store hours were 24 hours. New hours inconvenience to individuals who work till 9pm. This is also impacting lines at other times. Waiting on line for over 20 minutes for medications is unacceptable when 1 person is checking out the Long line but 4 others are in back organizing medications or filling new ones especially for people not even in the building. Staff aren't even apologetic for the wait, especially when they know I'm sick and refused me at the drive through. The drive through is closed more and more often. If they are too short staffed with 5 staff in the pharmacy department alone, then I'm happy to take my business elsewhere and recommend others do too. What's the benefit of working with a corporation that doesnt know how to be efficient?

Just adding to the list of many reviews who have had a bad experience with the rude and entitled pharmacy staff here. Pulled up to the drive out window, rang the bell, and literally waited 15 minutes just to be acknowledged by the staff, even though they had multiple staff there who saw me waiting. I finally had to knock on the glass to get a response, and suddenly they were able to help me right away. It's a consistently poor experience at this pharmacy and clearly points up poor management of this store.

The fact that when you call the pharmacy you can’t speak to an actual person, and they want you to leave a voicemail is the worse service I’ve ever experienced. So instead of me being able to resolve the problem prior to coming to the store I have to waste time when picking up my prescription horrible.

It's a beautiful neighborhood pharmacy
But to our disappointment we went to pick up meds @930 only to find it closed!!!!
It doesn't say on Google map that theyre closed it said open till 12am
Wish I can understand why they close so early

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever used. They cancelled my prescriptions multiple times 'by accident', and telling me to have my doctor resend the script when THEY should be contacting the doctor since it was THEIR mistake. I am always on the phone for hours back and forth between my doctor's office and this terrible pharmacy. They never even apologize and they always have a terrible attitude. I have multiole sclerosis and have had to be literally bedridden!! Because they cancelled my scripts 'by accident' and I didn't have my medications for DAYS, causing me to be unable to walk, stay awake.. many other issues I can't even get into. I asked for thier corporate number, and they gave me the wrong number. I have been using CVS pharmacy for 10 years and this is the absolute worst one ever! I will be switching pharmacy altogether.

I have trouble to get prescriptions from this place several times already! You have to make a lot of phone calls with this place and doctor even insurance.
