Posting this because I’m still irritated about it...when I closed my savings account to move all my funds to Chase, I kept some amount in my checkings account before closing since I was moving. I needed checks for my security deposit and broker fee. Told the teller the amount for each check and she proceeds to tell me “that’s a lot of money, you know.” 1. Why are you telling me this and 2. She asked me what it was for. Why does it matter what it’s for? My funds and my business are none of your business. People purchase houses and have massive requests for checks. I don’t know if it was because I look on the younger side? Pro tip: it isn’t professional or polite to ask those questions.

Just open a checking account at the branch on RT 59 in Suffern. The manager Brenda was extremely helpful; and took the time and went through all the options. Very Happy with level of service!

came all the way from newark new jersey to be looked at funny, and have two women raise their voices at me and widen their eyes. with extremely rude attitudes. my problem could’ve been resolved very easily. no need for filthy attitudes and death stares. the blonde woman with glasses was worst than the indian lady that helped me prior so unprofessional. i feel bad for those who use this branch. or bank in general. one word TRASH

One of the new tellers in here is nasty. Yelling at customers and no help!
