Horrible on professionalism; have called and left messages along with emails both on & off their website and they never got back in touch about moving my piano. We're advocates of supporting local businesses and moving to Suffern, we thought they'd be a great match. Unfortunately this was not the case.

requested a baby grand piano move from my 3rd floor walk up to my sisters 2nd floor walk up. move was done quickly and safely, its obvious these guys know what they're doing. my nephew is very happy with his new piano, thanks

I don't normally leave reviews, but I love these guys!! I've had to switch apartments in NYC a few times over the last 5 years and Keyboard Express has moved my Steinway each time. Their movers are always quick, efficient, and polite. Thank you!!!

I happen to be a professionally-trained pianist, and used this company once. I required them to move a baby grand piano up a flight of stairs to the second floor of my house. They sent two guys to do the job to cut corners, and my piano was almost dropped, saved by my own assistance catching the instrument and helping them up the stairs. Their manager, Patti, who handles all communications through email, and blockades you from negotiating anything with the owner directly, is unreasonable and has a snotty attitude problem. The owner should seriously consider handling the business of the company himself Don't know if they're licensed or insured...do your research. For professional musicians: not recommended.
