I've been to Quest in Indian Rock 3 times since February, plus 2 additional times to ask questions before my appointments. The kindness shown to me by both staff persons each and every time I went made an experience that I normally dread as stress-free as possible, which I really appreciated.

It was super fast. Loved checking in on my phone as I parked. Got called as soon as I walked in the door!! The tech that helped us very friendly, flexible and kind. She made what could have been a stressful experience actually enjoyable. Thank you, Randi!
