Mary is the worst, you can never withdraw your own cash without scrutiny. She even said you can't withdraw if it's pending, went to another branch the SAME DAY and they said it was fine because the funds were already available.

As you can see from other reviews, this branch has the worst customer service. Just had the worst experience at this TD Bank, never been so mistreated by a banker in my entire life. It was really just one lady (Jeanette), rest of the staff was okay and even seemed uncomfortable with the way she treated me. I had an empty Starbucks cup in hands before I sat down, it wouldn't fit the hole for the trash can, so I opened the trash can to not leave it on the counter. She called me out saying I shouldn't be opening the can like that (like if I was stealing something or going trough the trash????). Obviously everyone that was on the bank was starring at me like I was up to something, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Right after I drove to Chase and opened an account there, and guess what? They offered to throw my empty cup out for me.

ATM most of the times not working is no outside ATM machine , I travel several times 10 15 minutes , no messages In Google that is not exist ATM and the only options to travel 20 minutes to New Jersey location

Today, 1/6/24 My three family members just opened a new account at TD Bank Suffern Branch, everything went well and Miss Kathy is very helpful, kind & professional, they’re all nice as well as the tellers… you have to see it to believe it!!!!!

I would give this zero stars if I could; one of the worst branches in the whole state of NY. Customer service representative Mary S. Jacobsen does not know how to complete her tasks correctly. She gave me a receipt for something that never even went through.. how ridiculous.Additionally, the heavy set white man with glasses at the front desk needs to be fired immediately for his unintelligence, along with his poor customer service skills.
