I’m working away from home. Had my doctor send my much needed prescription to this Walgreens. I received a text saying they’d “ start working on it soon.” 11 days later, no updates and despite me calling almost every day, no prescription. This pharmacy could not be less interested in my well-being. Had they told me 11 days ago they could not fill my prescription, instead of telling me they’re working on it, I could’ve simply gone somewhere else. I’ve never had an experience like this before. I know pharmacies get busy, unlike every other business in the world, and I waited patiently. Not only did they not bother to call their supplier, they could not be bothered to notify me of the status of my prescription. The few times I actually was in this Walgreens, the customer service was exactly on par with the other 1 star reviews I see here. The DMV back home is an infinitely more pleasant experience than dealing with these people. At least you know where you stand with the DMV. I would not buy toilet paper from this Walgreens. They can keep their bad attitudes and complete lack of interest in serving their community. I’m heading home today.

They have the worst customer service. Don’t buy anything from this. The manager is so rude and I kept waiting for so long and no one help me!

I appreciate the Walgreens Pharmacy for always going the extra mile to ensure my prescription(s) are available to me as quickly as possible. I also appreciate having a LIVE person to talk to right away rather than leaving a message for someone to call me back (or not!).

Visited at 8am on 7/10. Girl at the front register was hostile and rude. We just submitted an official complaint to Walgreens too.
- Yelled at us for throwing away an empty soda can in the trash can. Literally ran across the store yelling “no no NO” and acted like it was the end of the world. When asked why it wasn’t allowed, she responded “we have a fly problem, and it’s just a rule. It’s the landlord.” Continued to be rude and confrontational during checkout too. Completely unprofessional and uncalled for.

This Walgreens in immaculate and pristine. It’s huge and I love it. I went there looking for something I couldn’t find help with in other stores. Maria S, one of the managers, went out of her way to finally help me with this issue which I was so grateful for. Thank you so much, Maria. I highly recommend this place for all your drugstore needs.

This Suffern NY, Store location 4029 is very unprofessional! Horrible, nasty attitude. I've had numerous encounters with staff, that never provided the service mentioned which is hopefully on a pre-recorded line. My elderly mom prescription has been filled/ canceled several times on hold for pick-up/ delivery. l've been getting a run around from staff, all making empty promises and not providing the service requested for weeks. What took the cake was when I asked an employee on the phone; "isn't it your job to help me" she replied; "I can't help you, and I hate this job anyway" and hung up. This incident happened Thurs, Oct 13, 2023, at about 550PM. Not the type of staff you want hired and servicing customers handling medication, real scary to have individuals employed in a position of such high regards. Something has to be done, and I have reported to corporate as well. Let’s see how far that goes! ????

Everyone who works in this store should undergo a psychiatric evaluation, have their hearing and vision checked, and provided with an attitude adjustment and customer service training!

Friendly staff. Great place to drop off Fedex parcels. Pictures are quick. Passport photos are a breeze. And pricing is what you expect from a convenience store.
