“I was traveling back to my hometown to visit some friends and family. My car isn't in the best shape and I had to stop to add some oil. After I finished with the oil I was having issues closing the hood. After some jimmying I thought I had gotten it down. Unfortunately it didn't actually latch and I had to stop on the side on the highway. After about a half an hour of me in the wind and snow trying to get it wouldn't work. I realized I need help. I got off at the next exit and luckily got to WHB without issue. Even though it was very close to their close the two guys immediately jumped to help me. After a bit of investigation and a little tinkering they were able to fix it for me. I offered to pay and was declined. I was having a horrible travel day and they saved me. If the least I can do is give them a 5 star review then I gotta do it.”
“I can’t recommend Richie’s enough! My niece is away at school in Cobleskill, and just a week in her car broke down. She first took it to Monro, which was an absolute nightmare. We ended up having the car towed to Richie’s, and it was the best decision we could have made. He correctly diagnosed the real issue, saving us thousands of dollars. Richie was patient, honest, and extremely fair throughout the entire process. From now on, we’ll always be bringing the car to him.”

First I randomly got a flat tire- they got me in and done within an HOUR. ONLY $15. Turned out there was a razor blade in the tire LOL.
Second, I ended up with a bad batch of gas, full tank of it. Car went haywire. I had to tow it 2 miles to their place- despite their busy week they fit my car in and got it done within 3 days !!! 5 hours of labor ? yall are the absolute BEST. ?”
“I called yesterday to ask if they had any availability to remove a stuck, mangled oil filter. They said they were backed up by a week, and told me to drop it off that they would work on it and see if they could do it sometime this week, understandably so as all places i called said the same with being booked out
I got a call about an hour later after having my car towed there that it was ready
absolutely amazing and saved me in a pinch from what could have been needing to miss work for two weeks as everyone in town is booked through
