Grew up lifting in the 80s and 90s so I like to throw metal. This is a great place to do just that.

One of the best gym's I have ever gone too. The staff is kind and the equipment is good. The space might be a bit small but overall it is a good gym.

The gym is far from fancy but it has everything you'll need. The guys who run it are extremely nice and helpful. A month is $50 or it's $10 to just go for a day or bring a guest, which is super affordable. The machines are clean and the locker rooms are a little dingy but clean as well. No culture of judgement and it's never super packed when I go early which is nice. Easy to cancel or sign up.

If you're going to the gym to lift and maybe do some cardio, this place has really maximized its square footage and has a surprising selection of equipment for its size. Membership is very affordable and is a great value. My only suggestion though is to replace some of the equipment and please clean and deodorize the men's locker room. Overall, given the price, this place is a great value.

An old school, well run, no frills gym. Great variety of both free weights and machines. Friendly staff and low key environment hospitable to all ages, genders and abilities.

Lockers are not the cleanest but gym itself is top notch, even during the busiest time, you can find a squat rack or a bench. Best gym ever!

This gym is not the prettiest and is very old school but its literally ment for people actually trying to workout. If you want a "nice" gym, go to Blink. But be prepared to be in a packed gym 24/7 not being able to workout at all due to every machine being taken and pretty much on a waiting list.

Very shady business practices. This gym keeps quietly cutting its hours without advance notice or providing refunds to existing members who have prepaid for the year. No notice until one finds the place closed and new hours effective hours posted. Some months ago they cut the weekend hours by an hour on Saturday and Sundays. Now today they have cut Sunday again from 4 pm back to 3 pm. I understand the need to control costs but this is unethical. Raise the fees but stop try to unfairly nickel and dime existing members wallets.

Yes, the machines are very worn down, and the place isn't clean at all. But I actually liked the "no nonsense" atmosphere of this gym. Still, my advice to the owners would be to clean the place at least once a year.

Need alot of thing—— Proper Ventilation…. You can't breath when in…. Machines need to be in proper place… no space to do workout….Now covid is over need a water fountain…. Most of all covers of machines are ripped…. Smelling bad when you do workout… sweat is going in cuts of these seats….

It's way too small. The machines are like 30 years old. There are very few machines and the barbells are all oxidized. My due date was on the 5th and the manager didn't even let me start my workout. This had never happen to me in other gyms mainly because they all know you're going to pay and aren't at all annoyed by it. Idk, man. Blinks a couple of blocks away and it's much cheaper.

Hey- it's a gym. The weights are heavy and if you're close - you can get a work out done. It's cheap and easy to pay for just a month or a whole discounted year. No sales-y pitches or hard to break contracts. However, It's kinda cramped and they could clean the place occasionally, but it does the job
