Wonderfully efficient manager Yolanda walks the floor constantly greeting ppl with her smile and coordinates activities with her staff. She and her staff cannot do enough for you. Be kind-- this is a busy branch with large local population. Yolanda has her community always in mind. Not an easy job

The employees that are “ floating” , helping various customers at the same time, end up being very unhelpful. They disappear. Sometimes the say “ I will be back” and are gone for good. It is a very bad system
