i found Quan on google and brought my old laptop to him to see if he can fix. the issue was a bad hard drive. once he installed the new hard drive he discovered my ports were also bad. rendering me without a fix. Quan then offer me a replacement laptop for the same price. the newer laptop work great and he did a file transfer for me as well. i highly recommend Quan

Communications was good, very quick and good work. I might be old fashioned but prices for repairs are so high nowadays I find it difficult to determine what is good value for services rendered. The repair required some components I could not easily acquire so I trusted AlphaX and the results were pretty good (albeit with a high price).
