Every trip to this CVS takes forever because CVS has decided that instead of serving the majority of its customers they would rather feed the anti-immigrant anti-poor rhetoric around bloated claims of shoplifting and lock up almost every item in the store. CVS is a multi-billion dollar corporation that has decided to take a stance against poor people and make shopping there miserable for their customers. If you are locking up baby formula and toothbrushes, you have lost your way.

Store does not take Snap/EBT for caffeine products. Such as Starbucks ,sodas and energy drinks. Among other products suggestions to download OTC app to find eligible items. This is not for all CVS stores.

I WAKED IN A ROBBERY, I DIDNT FEEL SAFE, IM STILL SHAKING, SECURITY GUARD, HORRIBLE. THE MAN BEHIND COUNTER WAS SCARED. CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN UNTILL THE CITY CALMS DOWN. EVERYTHING IS LOCKED UP.ERIE FEELING.

This place is crap. I arrived recently after surgery for a hernia and they didn't want to help me. I asked the store manager if he could come in because I couldn't stand up and he said no because I had to wait in line like everyone else. Furthermore, the only cashier who was working was very slow. What a terrible service. I also asked a question to a Hindu cashier at the pharmacy and she didn't answer me. What a terrible service!

something doesn't work all the time. to take something, you need to wait an hour for assignments. Yes, I print photos for them. and they always had some kind of problem. Constantly! either there's no paper there, or something else, the workers are always going somewhere.

Farzana the cashier refused to accept my return with original receipt because I paid with OTC and told other cashier to not accept my return. Spoke to manager at night and told me to come to him instead of her, also that she can’t refuse my return if have original receipt for store credit

I had a terrible experience at this CVS location. The customer service was absolutely awful. Instead of or offering assistance, they seemed bothered that I was even there. It's frustrating to encounter such poor attitudes, especially when all you want is basic service. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere and would not recommend this CVS to anyone looking for decent service. There was just one young guy who was very nice and helped me.

Do not send your photos to be printed at this location! They gave me prints for 4 orders…3 of them were not mine. I returned them…and I got not even a thank you. Then today I was supposed to pick up a new batch…they weren’t printed and there was not even a “Sorry! I’ll print them again.” Avoid this location if you expect good customer service.

Tonight me and my bf when to buy some stuff that we needed it and it was an Indian guy he was wearing a red tshirt he started to follow us all around the store like we were about to steal something and then we asked why he was following us and he was so upset and he gave us the middle finger and cursing us and saying that it was his store and that he’s the manager very disrespectful and homophobic

Literally everything is locked up its almost comical. Faster to order on amazon than to wait for someone to come around and unlock what you need 😭

The workers have no manners and treat their customers rudely. They talk behind the customers back even if they’re from the same country and speak the same language and have no shame. They don’t help the customers whatsoever and when hiring they shoo the help that arrives.
