Terrible customer service. I work at Uber Eats and today a Rude worker helped me at midnight. A young blond man got upset because he had to open the doors of each shelf when I needed the product. It's not my fault that everything is locked ? plus it's your job. But he rudely responded that I was buying “the entire store” and that he had to follow me then so as not to call him all the time with an annoyed tone of voice. I hope you improve your CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I choose store pick up last night and when I came here this afternoon, they told me I need to wait them send message to me.The store close at 9 p.m., and I didn't get my medicine ready even at 6p.m.

I work in Uber and I was getting harassed and threatened l. There was 3 people who were following me to for no reason. Somebody ended up being on top of me when i started to pay and I felt uncomfortable. Even after I scanned the item one of the employees ended up taking the item away from my hands. Secretary was ontop of me for no reason even after I paid for my items. This is vary unprofessional I hope things change in the future

The rudest, most disorganized, helpless and laziest group of employees you will ever run into. I've had many bad experiences here, from waiting in an isle fir help to unlock a cabinet for soap, yeah, soap, to having registers open but not usable and instead of helping the customer the staff just points and grunts. I'll walk a few extra blocks to never shop here again. I'd recommend doing the same thing.

Had a great covid shot experience even if it was past my appointment time because they were so busy. Everyone at the pharmacy was very kind. I'm giving 1 star because so many of the products are out of stock and if they are there, they're locked up and you have to wait forever for someone to come open the case for you. I think it's disgusting that mega-chains like this treat their communities like that- they can afford to eat some shoplifting costs if that's what they're worried about. As for the photo center, the print-your-own machines were down when I went and apparently for passport photos they can only provide physical copies, not digital ones.

I have a love hate for this pharmacy. I like having a pharmacy close to home, but I hate the joy of never having what I'm looking for. The prices are a little higher than buying at Ride Aide or Walgreens. Now almost the entire pharmacy has to wait for someone to come open the window for you. I understand that there are abusive people who want to steal objects, but if they put a system in place so that people have to wait for a worker to give them what they need, then there must be a special person for that job and not wait more than 10 minutes for something.

This store could be great but everything’s so locked up like Fort Knox, I feel like I can shop and compare products! I need a store clerk to open each drawer. Very annoying and then they get annoyed when I return things but I can’t read the ingredients until it’s too late! It’s a waste of the employees time too following customers around. Just check people’s bags at the door. You already have a security guard.

Every single item in the store is locked. Over 10 minute wait for someone to come unlock a $2 item. Store employees clearly ignore the "Customer assistance needed in aisle XXX" chime as it continually was sounding when I was there. Finally had to go find an employee near the register on their phone browsing Instagram to unlock a $2 nail file. They begrudgingly obliged.
