Absolutely ruined my nails. I went in for a gel removal because my usual place was closed. It resulted in scratches, dents, and bruising. I ended up having to cut all of my nails super short because of how gross and brittle they were left. Absolutely dreadful.

Really love this place ! They did a threading and waxing for my eyebrows and upper lip and did an amazing job ! Very nice people too :)

It's a hit or miss with the eyebrow techs, they used to have 1 girl that was really good but she hasn't been in for a couple months now. Their facials are really good tho ?

Horrible place. Will not recommend. My nail was last for 1 day. I came back to change my gell polish which came out in one day they told me to fix it I have to pay $8 for nail on top of what I paid $35 a day ago.Ridiculous customer service. Stopped here on the way home and place is clean. I had eye brow threading done and the girl was really good. Very nice also. Only $7.

All the other services are great and the owner is kind and is open to criticism. I like how they do their eyebrows and waxing the girl is very helpful

Great place to get your eyebrows done. However don’t bother doing a facial. I spent $60 on a facial just so they can use paper towels to wipe my face that is fnot good for your skin and use st.Ives products to scrub. The lady was really nice but she didn’t have the proper training or resources. My extractions were done horribly. So don’t charge people so much money if you didn’t train your staff for facials.Services: Waxing

the service on Monday is really bad. It almost ruin my eye lash. I said I would like to remove the previous one and plant the new, but the lady just ignore me. thats why there were new and old eye lash intersect and also the viscose is all over my eyes makes my eyes so hurt and cannot open my eye. This is the worse beauty salon I have even gone. Definitely I wont go again. It was such a horrible experience

I’ve been coming to this place ever since it opened and loved my experience up until this year. Time and time again I’ve given this place a chance for my upper lips and eyebrows. Didn’t catch the name of the lady but she’s the only one that does eyebrows and has done a horrible job every time. Hit me in the eye today, put hot wax on my upper lip and took about 20 minutes just to do my eyebrows. There’s better places in the neighborhood for lower prices.

I would genuinely give zero if I could. Not because of the staff, who were perfectly nice, but because of the owner. I got several services (pedicure, eyebrow, upper lip, and gel manicure). This took over 2 hours total which is a bit excessive but nothing I would have complained over. When my gel manicure was complete the woman doing my nails herself said that it wasn't up to her standards and offered to soak it off. After being there for 2 hours I did not have the time as I had a commitment I was already late to. I offered several solutions to the manager. Including paying the cost of the gel manicure on a gift card so I could come and get it fixed later and he said "I don't see what's wrong with them." Please see pictures attached and decide for yourself if anything was wrong with them. He then quite literally screamed at me to pay and get out and never come back, as he doesn't want customers like me. There was another woman in the salon who said to me "you're right, but just don't even fight it" and at this point I was noticeably upset and started near crying (which I am very embarrassed about but when a man you do not know is screaming at you to "GET OUT" it gets a bit overwhelming. After this back and forth for nearing 5-10 minutes he screamed at me to get out one final time and told me he would charge me for the pedi, upper lip, and eyebrows which I clearly was already going to pay for. I still tipped 20% but after being verbally degraded for several minutes because I didn't not want to pay for a service that was performed incorrectly, I needed to share that this place is run but unprofessional jerks EDIT - your response saying I did not let you soak off my manicure is untrue. you offered this and I said I did not have time, which I did not. This takes 10 minutes. I eventually said fine, you can soak it off which is when you said "fine, get out of here, I never want to see you again." I spoke rudely to you when I left as you had screamed in my face and accused me of being a criminal. I want to reiterate that YOU raised your voice at me. For an extended period of time. You walked into the store and said you "knew people like me" without even first looking at my nails and why I asked to speak to you in the first place. I as a customer asked you to stop speaking to me that way several times before I became upset. I have gotten my eyebrows done from this salon for 2 years without speaking to you. Do not accuse strangers of being criminals upon meeting them, and they will not be upset with you. If you are referring to loyal customers, I am one of them. I will be happy to provide credit card statements going back the last few years as proof since you have already accused me of lying twice. I have also updated to include the nails that have completely peeled off. It could not be any clearer that no one wanted to swindle a free service out of you. The service looks horrible. Why would I want this at all, let alone for free? Lastly, if it would have been so quick and easy to fix, why didn't she do it in the first place? Why did she have a technician try to help, be unsuccessful, and then at that point decide I would be charged full price? And if you're agreeing now that they don't look right, why did you say to my face that there was nothing wrong with them? Not one single point you made makes sense.

I REALLY want to like Divina. Like really really. Two weekends back, I popped in as a walk-in after my morning run. I was attended to right away and my nails were nearly perfect. The manicure was done carefully, but quickly, and it lasted me the entire week (which never happens). I was so happy that I made an appointment, on the spot, for the following Friday to return for the works: manicure, pedicure and eyebrow threading. I came in a few minutes early for my Friday appointment and when I came in was told that there was someone ahead of me (not started) and I reminded them I had an appointment. One of the techs reluctantly started a pedicure soak for me and told the young lady that was a walk in they could not attend to her. From when I was seated, to when the nail technician finished with another client and started on me was 25 minutes WITH AN APPOINTMENT. They had one nail tech working that day and several eyebrow and facial technicians that just sat there. I was not even offered a water or anything for the inconvenience. The technician was nice, and definitely just doing her job, so I don't blame her, but she was incredibly quick and made no effort to engage with me. She clearly wanted to get home and zoomed off immediately after she finished the last coat. The manicure looks good, so I think her work was done well. Its not the employees fault, but this salon is poorly run. They are understaffed and do not cater to clients. They were not accommodating or honest about the timing of my appointment. they made very little effort to rectify their mistake of missing my appointment, or give me a chance to leave/tell me they simply couldn't honor my appointment. I appreciate honestly and consideration and the complete waste of time was not appreciated.
