Unfortunately, this is the saddest Dollar Tree I've ever been to! Everything is messy, there are so many cockroaches, things lying on the floor and everywhere. I know it's a very cheap store, but it's no justification to be almost unvisitable!

The john Oliver /Last Week Tonight piece holds up here. Monetizing and exploiting the vulnerable. Nothing pisses me off more than the shelf banners that proclaim 'The thrill of the hunt!" As if being indigent is a game and a choice. Don't fall for it, Dollar tree is a publicly-held wealthy Fortune-500 corporate entity.

Let me tell you, this $1.25 store has good lighting and a good layout. It is more open than the one further east on Queens Blvd and north in Astoria. Vibe check is ok. Crowd is usually on the more senior side and not sketchy. Like most dollar stores it's usually understaffed and tends to have only one cashier. Lines form in an aisle so if it looks like the line is too good to be true, it may well be, but do check the aisle across the register before people yell. I love browsing. You'll find the most random things and also the most useful, and wonder how they sell them for a fraction of what Home Depot or BBB charges. Like knock off command hooks, hair ties, school supplies, kitchen supplies, craft items, and helium balloons! Merch is updated fairly frequently which makes every trip a new adventure. Pop in and see how you can stretch your dollars.

I went by at the end of the day, compared to other stores of the same brand it was not clean and the shelves were partly empty, the staff was a little tense.

Interior looks like a mall from the 90s and the children who work there just don't care. Inventory is all over the place. I swear they pass around the managers tag.

Daughter had one wish: visit dollar three when in NYC. Coming from the Netherlands I had some 'action' vibes with the place but overall a good experience. Good place to buy typical American discount stuff and also great usa souvenirs.

Well it has alot offer, in price for certain items, however there's never enough cashier to pay one items, only one when they're ls 15 persons waiting, also merchandise on the floor where one passes thru and can slip and fall, such as books, thats the only draw back....

Location and selection is great but it can be a bit disorganized at times and there is rarely more than one or two cashiers open so there tends to be lines. I feel like most of the issues are due to staffing but I tend to come here during evening hours so checkout times have not been too bad.

The management needs to hire more cashier instead of having one cashier do the heavy load.

Great store and products but the waiting online to pay for your items and the line is all the way down the Isle with only one register open is not fun.

Amazing location , Amazing people , great products . Who can complain everything is 1.25 .You know what the case is some people forget its a dollar store be happy that your getting the products you want at such a low price . My favorite place to shop, much more cleaner and organized now, now has dollar tree plus frozen items - still way cheaper than supermarkets ?

Always understaffed and I guess people who shop there don't feel the need to put things as they found them. Still it is a good place to buy some things super cheap. Also everything costs 1.25 I guess it should be called $1.25 Tree.
