Key Food Fresh n Save is a very clean, well-managed, 24-hour supermarket in Sunnyside. It offers excellent quality items and a wide variety of food, including a notable cheese section with a great selection of high-quality imports at lower prices. The deli serves lots of variety, and the store caters to various diets with lots of organic and specialty products like Lactaid sour cream. The prices are somewhat high and expensive, which is attributed to convenience. Some note that the store does not accept a certain card, limiting access for some community seniors. While many are long-time regulars who have never had an issue, some recent customer service experiences have been problematic. Instances include cashiers not informing customers of forgotten groceries and a young cashier incorrectly accusing a regular of cutting the line, demonstrating a need for improved staff training. Some regulars now consider shopping there less often.

Great supermarket with fresh, high quality groceries, prices, and friendly cashiers. I usually go their at night since I finish my work very late, special mention to Badr, the night shift manager he’s incredibly helpful, full of energy, and always goes the extra mile for customers.

I went to this supermarket after going to the doctor’s office before going home. I enjoyed the experience.
