My labs got LOST. I waited an hour for my appointment. They do not have enough staff and their staff is mostly rude. Walk-ins go in before scheduled appointment times. Now I may need to get my labs re-done because it somehow got lost in the system.

I had a terrible experience at LabCorp.
The staff was extremely rude and completely indifferent. I received no help or understanding whatsoever. One of the employees checked my papers and said I was supposed to take a COVID test, even though I already did it yesterday. I tried to explain that I needed a blood test and that it was just a mistake by my doctor who gave me the wrong paperwork. No one listened to me. They simply said, “We’re not doing this. Goodbye.”
There was no assistance, no attempt to understand the situation, and no effort to resolve the issue. I left the office feeling frustrated and deeply disappointed. To make things worse, their printer wasn’t even working. When I was asking my med office to fax the right referral. How can a medical office operate without a functioning printer?
This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a medical facility.

Awful experience at this Labcorp, crowded only 2 employees rendering service at front desk and taking test inside. The places is to small and people sitting on top of each other.

Today I went to this lab - I had made an appointment online, but when I got there they said they didn't accept online appointments - they told me to call to make an appointment, so I called and they told me I could just work in, so I told them - but they said they didn't accept work ins, there wasn't a single customer there - they were all playing on their phones, it was a waste of government resources, and seeing that I was Chinese and my English wasn't very good, they laughed at me, how could someone like me be suitable for this job - today is 13/11/2024

I needed a urine analysis and culture/colony count. Went there with the drs paperwork and was given 1 sterile container. I gave it to them with the required paperwork. The next day I received the urinalysis results, and knew the culture would take a few days. I waited 1 week with no culture results, only to be told that I should have been given a different specimen jar, or 2 jars to be able to do both the urinalysis and culture. So only half my results I needed are available to me, and now the culture cannot be done. This is so incompetent of a lab. People that work there are less than helpful and need to pay more attention to doing their job correctly. I will be taking this further as this is unacceptable and should not have happened.

The reviews are true. The receptionists, both of them are so rude. They look and sound miserable to be there. I dont understand how you can be in healthcare and have zero compassion towards people. Pathetic.

Incompetent staff
