I arrived at 10AM for my 10:30am drug test appointment. Receptionists are very rude and they don’t care about your time. I had done the express check in and last was mad I didn’t check in with her. Horrible rude staff, don’t care about your appointment time have you waiting there. I asked after an hour of my appointment and the lady told me I arrived too early therefore they can’t see me. Mind you it was an hour after my appointment. After two hours of waiting and this is only because they go on break and close the office they finally called my name. Go somewhere else… it’s not worth the wait.

The lady at the reception is rude. The staff is dismissive of the language... and they are very abrupt when treating people. Additionally, the colleague told her to calm down because of how rude she was to me. I am a pregnant woman. A little respect please and tact with people.

Zero star and very very bad experience,I’ll go to this office for my Tlc drug test but without documents check front desk staff tole me system down please go to downstairs and get my order but when I get money then they check my documents and told me I’m not system I lose my $37,Avoid this place

What happened to me today at this lab is unbelievable, to say the least. I'd definitely do anything I can to take this lab to court for medical malpractice since I'm still hurting. The old woman (lab tech + customer service) who looks like a Hispanic What happened to me today at this lab is unbelievable, to say the least. I'd definitely do anything I can to take this lab to court for medical malpractice since I'm still hurting. The old woman (lab tech + customer service who looks like a Hispanic or Eastern European decent with an accent) literally inserted the needle in the wrong place, PURPOSELY to hurt me. When I complained about the excruciating pain, she adjusted it and inserted it properly into my vein. She said that it's not her day, nor is it mine. I asked her what happened. To my surprise, she said that it's not my day since she's hurting me. And it's not her day because they are understaffed--only 2 of them are there instead of the standard 4 staff. She was extremely malicious and rude at the counter when I checked in, and she meant to be vindictive during the blood draw since I asked why only this lab couldn't accept my doctor's referral. I'm still hurting after 7 hours. Although I was not fighting with her in any way, the issue started with her when she refused to accept my doctor's referral. I've been doing blood tests every other day for fertility purposes, and I've been going to different lab corp facilities throughout Queens, Brooklyn, and Manhattan based on the proximity to my radiology appointments. Today was my second day at this location. She was the only agent to have an issue with my doctor's or clinic's referral each time I was here. All other labcorp locations and my radiologists had no issues accepting this referral. The first time I was here last week, she refused to accept it, but because the Asian tech was there and accepted it, she couldn't refuse it any longer. She was super rude and asked me to write my name and DOB on the physical copy. I did it, and it went well. Today, I came again, and very politely and in a friendly way, I told her that I was here last week and she helped me then (I was just trying to be diplomatic and nice). She was alone this time. She was so unwilling to accept it. She asked me to write my doctor's name and his special code number (I forgot what abbreviation she mentioned). I said, Sure, and wrote that. I casually said, Well, last time you wanted my name and DOB. She said yes, write that too, but she was still angry, rude, and very uncooperative. She threatened not to give me the service if the doctor's name didn't come up in the system. I said, OK, try your best, but FYI, I've been going to every labcorp location, and no one ever asked me for this information. It's only here that I'm asked this. My referral was accepted. Anyway, she told me to go to room #3, inside. I still tried to be friendly, and I asked if the computer couldn't bring the information, and had I known this was the problem, I'd have come with a different or customized referral. She continued to say that this paper was unacceptable, etc. While angry, she inserted the syringe in a painful place, and I almost screamed. When I told her that it's too painful, she correctly put the needle in my vein and said it's neither her best day nor mine. I asked what made her day bad. She said there were supposed to be four staff, but there are only two of them. She even used a paper plaster on my arm instead of the proper band-aid plaster. I still can't believe I had to literally deal with a crazy old woman posing as a health professional. I'm not sure if she was being racist or just doesn't like to see/provide service to beautiful younger women. But this is my horror story, and I advise everyone, especially women, to avoid this practice at any cost. Please protect yourself at any cost.

This place has bad reviews, so just felt the need to add my experience. I had to bring my daughter for routine blood work and found it fine. Receptionist/phlebotomist was cordial and there was zero wait time. Perhaps I got lucky? We made an appt ahead of time.

This is the worst Labcorp I’ve ever had to deal with - their ‘system’ is always down so they refuse to take walk ins, they tried to charge me double for a test because they were putting in the wrong test, and they mislabeled my lab request and did not register it as STAT - I was supposed to get the results the same day and it’s been over 24hrs now and I’m still struggling to get anything back or anyone to tell me when I’ll have my results, which were supposed to be urgent. On top of that, their phone is always off and says the lab is closed, which is not true and you can’t even get in touch with them. Utter incompetence! Go to another location, this is not reliable.

Receptionist and Nurse are Nothing for knowledge about Insurance, No hospitality, no friendly, unkindness not professional behavior. We had worst experiences in my life.We never comeback LabCorp anymore.

Understaffed, very small, some untrained workers, lots of waiting outside in the hallway, delays over an hour, lots of yelling and rude attitude from some staff.There is a younger person here trying to get things done and an older person who is very slow and does not seem to understand what is going on. I had an appointment and still had to wait in line for an hour. Many elderly folks didn't even have a place to sit down.One of the bathrooms doesn't even have a working sink. Unprofessional, until staffing improves.Do not go here.

I had a really nice experience in this laboratory. It was the fastest check-in and appointment ever. The supervisor and the collector, Alaka, were so kind and professional. I would definitely recommend it.

Gigi was soooo amazing. My husband is super nervous with needles, she handled it so well, put him at ease, and made the process easy. Thanks Gigi!!
