From the moment I contacted Terry Gangaram- Drexel MortgageI was impressed with their customer service. The representatives were knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to answer my questions, no matter how trivial they might have seemed. They provided clear explanations and made sure I understood every step of the process
The application process was relatively straightforward. I appreciated the convenience of being able to complete most of the paperwork online. The documentation required was standard, and the company provided a checklist which made it easy to ensure I had everything in order. However, there were a couple of instances where I felt the process could have moved a bit faster, especially during the underwriting stageTerry Gangaram - Drexel Mortgage offered competitive rates compared to other lenders I considered. While their fees were in line with industry standards, I did notice a few additional charges that I hadn't initially anticipated. That said, these were clearly outlined once I reviewed the detailed breakdown, so there were no hidden surprises.
The closing process was smooth, albeit with the typical last-minute rush that often accompanies mortgage closings. The company’s representatives worked diligently to ensure everything was in place for the closing date, and they coordinated well with my real estate agent and the title company.

While there were minor delays and a few unexpected fees, these did not overshadow the overall ease and satisfaction of the mortgage process.
