Terrible wait times to see someone at a desk when the tellers could do it themselves. The tellers barely have any authority to do anything other than take deposits and withdraw cash. I literally did the exact same change to my account across the street at capital one with a teller and it took less than 5 minutes. But the tellers at TD don’t have the authority to do simple account changes like at capital one. Seems TD doesn’t trust it’s employees to give them more responsibility, and prefers having people wait around until they can speak with “an authority”. If you’re going to make even the simplest of account changes require a sit down with a representative, switch those services to appointment only. Ridiculous. Waste of time. People have lives.

One of the worst bank I should say, customer service is nill and the bank staff are so slow and they don't care about the people waiting there for hours. ??

The people are super nice. Customer service great. They take their time with each customer which is great once you get someone. The employees are doing their job, just not enough people i guess. Very clean place.

I found one person waiting and moment later he left due to waiting time. I’m my case they made me wait for 1hr and half just to open an account. They have a bad service.

The theme "unexpectedly human " is a joke at the Sunnyside location. I've waited 1 hr 30 mins+ for service. I had to leave. I wouldn't do business here. I will close my account. There's so many other institutions in Sunnyside that would run to get my business.Not recommended at all!!!

Horrible terrible service. Barely 3 customers in line and yet it took me 40 minutes to do a simple withdrawal. And instead of apologizing when i mentioned it to the staff that spent most of the time laughing and socializing. Staff member keshika berated me and was rude for zero reason. And when i explained that i wasn’t yelling or being unreasonable her response escalated. Unbelievable

This particular 5 stars belongs to the assistant manager by the name of Clifford! He is THE most professional, outstanding supporter and goes above and beyond for his customers. I have contacted and appeared in person many times without an appointment and he made sure that I will be taking cared of period despite the fact whether is pre-occupied or not. I would love to see Clifford as a bank district manager or branch manager because he deserves it.I also would like to dedicate to Nicole as well who is also have been a great help! I thank you again!Thanks,Ali

I think it will be much better to shut down store rather than taking a 1 customer per hour.Its really fraustating when you have to wait 3 hrs for jobs done. If any one have free time and want to boost their stree level TD is the best place. Thanks Anyways customers care was good enough and have great service.???

OMG! I'm so shocked by the 1 star reviews. I'm blessed and thankful that i have not experienced any issues with this branch. I opened an account, and the personal banker that helped me was very nice. She was thorough and quick. I didn't spend a long time in here. Came in, got a checking and savings account opened, and moved on with my life. The only time i come in here is to use the ATM machine. I have no other reason or need to to come in here. I never have account issues, i am never overdrawn so i never get charged $40 overdraft fees. I access other TD branch ATM machines to avoid additional ATM withdrawal fees and everything i do is electronic. Direct deposit, transfers, etc. are all electronic. I really have no need to interact, or deal with a live person. So thankful I'm an electronic and digital type of gal. All i do is digital. It is who I am! I feel bad for the 1 star reviews and encourage people to go digital. Not sure if the 1 star reviews are because of the pandemic and everyone wants to withdrawal their government money before they feel the gov will reverse the deposit and take the funds back. Have no idea. I don't do long BS lines, nor will i do 20 or 30 BS transactions with a teller to hold people up in line. Strictly ATM withdrawals. I would never use this bank for anything else. They are not at the upper echelon for me to engage with beyond simple checking and savings. Digital all the way.

I used to love TD bank. Not anymore. They left only a few drive in branches open in Queens during C19 -- some in high C19 areas -- and were incapable of handling any account updates remotely (which other banks easily handled by phone/online/mail). Now that the closest branch has reopened, the only option to make account changes, access safe deposit boxes etc. is to wait in a long line for hours in the sweltering heat. Terrible business model.

Where do i begin?!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The bank has been closed for MONTHSSSSSS. Their customer service over the phone is complete and utter TRASHHHH. They are all useless. None of them know how to communicate or speak English. Someone committed fraud via my account and customer service hasn't help me with S**** The sunnyside location FINALLLLYYY opened and after i called and they told me i had to make an appointment i did. It's completely UNORGANIZED and it doesn't matter if you made an appointment or not. Because you aren't seen. I was told after i waited 30 mins that they can't see me now and to come tomorrow after i have been calling customer service every single day for the past 3.5 weeks receiving no help/refund whatsoever. Now the bank doesn't even see its customers who have been waiting months and now on long lines. All because they wanted to wrap up and leave on time :))))) you guys are already day tired just from working ONE day????? While people have been waiting months upon your opening???? Every other bank in sunnyside has been open. I will be canceling all 3 of my accounts with TD. Your service and employees are horrific and useless. Catch me at chase bank where they actually care about their customers and providing great customer service.

The weird thing about this bank is they tell you one thing and do another. I opened an account with $20 with the understanding that I couldn't transfer money from my original bank until other payments had cleared and that would take a few weeks. That's fine, that's ok said the bank manager. No mention of the surprise penalties that would be charged to me for being below their $100 limit. Recently, I transferred money from my savings account to my checking. Now I am being told I don't have enough funds ??? why ? I just transferred cash. Turns out, my savings account has been set up so I cant take money out. WTF ??? I never told them to do that, nor have I ever heard of this and they never mentioned this. And who the #$%@ are they to tell me when I am allowed to use my own money ??? I set up automatic overdraft protections when I opened the accounts, god knows if that works if I am not allowed withdraw money from my own accounts. I'm closing these accounts ASAP.
