Sunnyside Post Office poor service. A package sent to me was recently stolen from the Sunnyside Branch. This after last year a check mailed by us was stolen, thieves tried to steal from our bank account which we then had to close. Like the P.O. can't keep mail safe any more?

Be ready for a long wait. Usually only 1-2 people working at the time and highly understaffed. Waited about 40 minutes to send out a package.

Friendly staff but undermanned and the self-serve kiosk is broken at least 15 days of every month.

Extremely rude staff- I simply asked once if we were all set and the clerk went to the off on me.

The perfect post office for passports. I took my family of 7 and the service was amazing !! Thank you very much to Alexis - she's very professional, kind and very helpful. 🫡

Raj and Magali went above and beyond to help me address my concern. They were very efficient and prompt. I always go to this USPS and their service is excellent.

Honestly one of the most careless mailing establishments. The men who work for this station are so rude & careless. The worst is that an elderly man fainted at this location the other day. As all the customers worried & some went to aid, we asked the postal workers for help and they all looked at us and ignored us. We asked again, I guess the person in charge came out, looked at what happened and walked right back inside. Thankfully the rest of us gave a damn, we called an ambulance for him. The people who work here are straight heartless, god forbid they ever find themselves in the same situation.

They lost my very important USCIS document. This office staffs needs to relocate immediately or force to retire. They are not working there they just killing time.

Absolutely love this post office! Friendly and helpful staff, a rarity in post offices. Minh was exceptionally helpful with our needs and I cannot thank her enough. She should be the role model and standard for all postal employees or employees in general! Customers will have a great experience and Bosses will deliver efficiency across all workstreams. Will definitely be coming here for all my postal and passport needs.

Terrible service, they serve reluctantly... they practically force you to buy their products to pack.
I wish I could complain to someone on the team but they are all the same.
I literally had to start recording her with my cell phone so that her attitude would improve.

I like this location, but sometimes service is not good.. Their delivery paper said 9am open, but actually here is 10am open.

This is the office located in my. neighborhood, and I have only but positives reviews. Raj the supervisor its very kind and has helped me many times, either over the phone, or at the office, he is so nice and always willing to help, I appreciated that. This morning he help out in order to make the line move a gave me a package that I went to collect. Also Miss Nicole helped me one time when I wrapped a package with duck tape and I didn't know it was forbidden, but she helped me out.
So thank you guys!
