Although I could not received service because the lime has closed for the service I was seeking, I had a positive experience. I asked a postal service man if he could confirm that one of the items I needed to submit was going to be accepted by the office. He went out of his way and asked another colleague about it and confirmed that it was right which gave me peace of mind and saved me resources. I appreciate his support.

This post office is very effective. I have used it for years. All your postal needs can be handled there. Self service packaging and supplies available too.

I have a po box here and I have to say, the supervisor is outstanding!! He goes above and beyond and truly does the best with what he has. Never a bad experience with him!!!

Best experience I had today in a post office. Raz is very accommodating to all of the costumers and answers all their questions with patience. They are also very efficient and friendly!! Kudos to this location! ?

I had a very nice and efficient experience. However, I was able to observe all the behaviors mentioned on the bad reviews. They all stemmed from the frustrations of customers and the postal workers not being able to communicate. Most of the customers were monolingual in Spanish and the postal workers couldn’t speak that language. USPS could remedy this if they wanted to provide a nice service/experience to all.

Stopped here to send something return receipt. Line was short, got to the window and was given a slip to fill out and come back in line. Filled out slip and went back in line, waited and was approached by a supervisor who was assisting people who had questions. Told him what we were doing, showed him the slip and he informed us we need an additional green form which he got for us. Got out of line, to fill out that form and got back in line and submitted everything. Process was quick but would have been quicker if the person behind the window could have given us complete information preventing us from getting in line three times.The supervisor was helpful and we saw him answer many people’s questions. Other branches should try having like a supervisor in the building answering questions and assisting people.This would make going to the post office a much better experience.

The staff here was disgustingly unprofessional and racist. I went helping my clients send out immigration documents and they treated them terribly. Will be reporting to the head of UPS service workers immediately.

People at the post office are friendly and you always get greeted, the only problem is the long line sometimes so please be patient

Employees disgusting and rude !!! Only one , Fred was nice . He is a supervisor but how I understood from conversation with him nothing he can do about it.It's shame to have this kind of disregarding attitude.!

Gets busy. Like all post offices, it can be slow. Staff has always been friendly to me.
