Cindy needs to find a different job. Horrible manager i will say better than the two before but Cindy discards employees well being an safety. Instead of helping she complains about a slushie machine to be mobbed when the whole store is flooded you make 0 sense at all what is a mob really going to do with 2 people doing it not really much. I really dislike you an I want to tell you how much in person.

This place is a joke. None of the employees like to work. They would rather sit around and talk and point you to self check out when they’re standing right there to register God forbid that you try buying alcohol or something that you need to show ID for because that just puts them way out of their way of doing their job I can go on and on about how lazy the employees are at the store and if you don’t believe me, go check it out for yourself

Was in store the had a rack with energy shot it say any energy shots on this rack 50 cent so I brought 4 boxes to counter in which case I was informed then that only ones labeled 50 cents which was 3 I asked to see manager in which the guy informed me he was the assistant manager this store has repeated problems like this it is why store has a 3.6 rating obviously assistant manager doesn’t understand false advertising which I took his pictures and pictures of rack in which I’m also reporting this store to corporate because of his attitude on top of it

ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE. CALLED 16 TIMES FOR A DAMN PINEAPPLE PIZZA AND I WAS LEFT WITH NOTHING. I WAS STUCK EATING MY CATS TUNA BECAUSE NO ONE COULD ANSWER THE GOSH DARN PHONE! 0-10 WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND EVEN COMING NEAR THIS TRASH ESTABLISHMENT.

I went in and grabbed two slices of cheese after waiting at self checkout while the cashiers at both of the closed registers chatted. The girl with rainbow braids flicked her hair with gloves on she used to get the pizza.
I should have left then but I was like I’m hungry and it was the back of her hand it’s gross but I’ll survive. Then I was fortunate enough to get old pizza that had sausage pieces on it.
Store is disgusting and employees are awful

Cashiers prefer to direct people to the self checkouts and when there’s an issue, they like to say dumb shit like “well it’s the way of the future” instead of doing the job of a cashier and cashing you out on the actual register right next to the machine.

Absolutely appalled with how I was treated this morning-especially in front of my daughter. I was at self checkout with 2 donuts and a coffee-clearly having a hard time ringing it all up because I couldn’t figure it out. I stood there for a few minutes before I started recording-and the cashier knew I was struggling. She was intentionally ignoring me while trying to give another customer directions. I asked her for assistance and her response was “I’m not going to stop helping this customer just to help you”. After she got tired of me asking for help, she walked over and asked me why I rung up 3 coffees -So I began recording. I must’ve hit a nerve with her because she swung her arm up to knock my phone out of my hands. All the time she spent arguing with me, she could’ve kindly cashed me out and proceed to give the other customer directions. Or maybe asked another employee to help me. I don’t mind using self check out, but don’t use that to your advantage just so you don’t have to deal with customers. Absolutely disgusting behavior. I wish I could post the video on here but I’ll be sure to get in touch with the manager.

I'm an employee and I even say thar corporate needs to come and look over this gas station and replace ALL STAFF worked here for the 3rd time this is the absolute worst I've ever worked here absolutely done after today and only roughly a month of working again

The worst experience I have ever had at a gas station. The only employee in the gas station yelled at me and said "I'm not your customer you are mine so you can shut up" absolute trash system of self checkout... CHANGE YOUR SYSTEM BACK... IT WAS BETTER WHEN IT WAS CLIFFS!

Don't like being forced to use self checkout. If I'm not in the self checkout line, then don't push me to go over there while there is a conventional cashier and register open. Only circle k I've been into in the area that does this to their customers, and it's happened to me multiple times now. I will go back to avoiding this store again for awhile.
